I had the pleasure of dining at Savory Peruano in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of heavenly. The star of the show was their Lomo Saltado, a Peruvian dish, yum.
The food is awesome, definitely worth a visit! I am from Ecuador and we have every similar dishes, and eating here felt like I was back home eating at my grandmother’s table. Delicious.
Holy cow, what an experience! 😱. Between friends and I we tried 2 appetizers, 2 soups. 2 deserts, and the steak dish! There was not one disappointing course. Full of South American original tastes, the best ingredients, fresh and well portioned. Sabor Peruano is definitely a place of return for all my future trips to Santa Fe!
