The place has a sweet homey feel, and I could tell the food was freshly made. My spouse ordered the Lomo Saltado and I, the Aguadito de Pollo. Both dishes were delicious, properly encasing el Sabor Peruano.

Their food is horrible, it has no taste or flavor, it doesn't even have all the dishes it says on its menu and the waiting time is too long. We ordered a huancaina fettuccini and they served us a soup. The taste of the food is not good at all, not to mention its appearance.

Visited while on vacation in Santa Fe. I had lomo saltado with steak and my wife had vegan lomo saltado, made with seitan. They were both delicious. The service was perfect and the food came out quickly and hot. I had the arroz com leche for dessert. We will return. 10/10Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Real authentic Peruvian food. The chupe de camarones was amazing, I transported myself to Peru with the first sip of that soup ?The cooker and waiter were so kind with us. Thank you again!

Couldn’t love this place any more than we did! We came in for their vegan menu and everything we tried blew us away. Soup was amazing, empanadas were the best we’ve had in our life and the Lomo Saltado was DIVINE. We ordered more empanadas and another Lomo Saltado to go! Service was amazing, such kind women! Will definitely return next time we are in Santa Fe. ❤️Vegetarian options: clearly labeled vegan menu! Amazing!

The setting is a little strange, but don't let that deter you. I had the cilantro chicken soup & it was the best soup I've ever had. It's chunky enough to almost be a stew, but the broth, the broth is warm, comforting, restorative bordering on elixir. Not the quickest service, but I didn't care, the food is worth the wait. Don't walk by the next time you're at Devargas Mall!

Portions were small and it was expensive towards the end. Their food is not close to authentic Peruvian food. Nothing unique about the flavor.

I found this darling Peruvian shop (and restaurant) inside the DeVargas Mall, which has some of the best shops!I bought several of the most beautiful pure cotton shirts from Adriana in bright white, lilac, light denim blue and dark denim blue. They go perfectly with my cotton linen palazzo pants and denim jeans. Extremely comfortable-- and becoming. They have many styles, but my preference was the V-neck with a collar that can be turned up or worn down. My sterling silver & turquoise jewelry really "pop" when I'm wearing them.

A Divine Culinary Journey from Santa Fe to LimaI had the pleasure of dining at Savory Peruano in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of heavenly. The star of the show was their Lomo Saltado, a traditional Peruvian dish that left me speechless with every mouthful. The flavors of the Lomo Saltado were an exquisite blend of savory and succulent. The tender strips of beef, sautéed to perfection with onions, tomatoes, and the right hint of spices, delivered an explosion of taste in every bite. The dish was beautifully complemented by the perfectly cooked fries, adding a delightful texture to the ensemble.Having been fortunate enough to try authentic Peruvian cuisine at Isolina in Lima, Peru, I couldn't help but draw parallels between the two establishments. Savory Peruano's Lomo Saltado held its own and even rivaled the one I had experienced in the heart of Lima. It was evident that the chef had mastered the art of balancing traditional flavors with a touch of innovation.Beyond the extraordinary taste, the ambiance at Savory Peruano was warm and inviting, reflecting the hospitality of Peruvian culture. The attentive staff and charming decor transported me back to the streets of Lima, evoking cherished memories of my time spent in Peru. From start to finish, my culinary journey at Savory Peruano was an absolute delight. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to both locals and visitors alike. Whether you're a fan of Peruvian cuisine or simply seeking an unforgettable dining experience, Savory Peruano in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a must-visit destination. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to savor their other offerings and relive the taste of Peru once more.

The owner did not accept constructive criticism. The lomillo salteado was brought to us without rice and 6 pieces of 1” cubed steak and 9 fries. She said that it’s gourmet size. She charged for refills. She said that she has been in business for a long time and she is not changing her ways and bragged about been to have the best steak in town. She says she has a lot of clients and the entire time we were there, we were the only clients she had.Poor service and the food is bite size. I do not recommend this place,
