Ordered a large coffee which was advertised as 4 but was charged 5.25. A bit overpriced for drip coffee

I ordered fish and chips from this "restaurant," which was $20 with tip. They served me 3 little fish sticks, which were more disgusting than the ones you get at fast food places. Worst and most disappointing meal I've had in a very long time.

Sagche’s is a bright, local Guatemalan restaurant located on St. Michaels Drive near the US 25 exit. We were greeted and seated immediately in a small dining area with beautiful art pieces hung on all of the walls, very welcoming. Many of the other patrons were local and greeted the staff like old friends, boding well for the excellence of the food. And we were not disappointed. I ordered the Smothered Burrito and was treated to one of the best burritos I have had in Santa Fe. The flour tortilla was stuffed with eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes and yellow and green squash (my choice) and covered in spicy green chile sauce served piping hot. The presentation with refried black beans and chopped lettuce and tomato made a beautiful plate. My husband had a Traditional Guatemalan Breakfast with fried plantains, refried beans, Guatemalan cream (tangy, with a sour cream like flavor but a more creamy texture,) and tomato salsa with a large flour tortilla. The highlight of his meal was the fried, sweet plantains. Warming the tomato salsa (a personal preference) might have been a nice touch but that was a minor detail in a good meal. The room was quiet (68 dB) and conducive to conversation. Prices are moderate. We will definitely return.

NO clue why this place has such high ratings! Stupid employees who can't take a simple order, stupid cooks who can't fulfill the most simple of orders correctly and they take forever. I just tipped the employees for nothing. Skip this place and you'll probably have a better experience eating at McDonalds.

Great prices, incredibly kind and attentive server/staff, and fantastic food. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a fresh bowl of fruit either!

I go here semi frequently, and it does not disappoint! My go to food dishes are the huevos rancheros and the breakfast burrito. They give you a lot of food and everything tastes fresh! I enjoy their coffee and espresso drinks. Great place to hang out and read or meet up with a friend.

The savory vegetable crepes are out of this world good!! The veggie burrito was excellent and the chile had a good bite. Friendly service and cool air-conditioning.

This is a really great restaurant with a nice chill vibe. The Guatemalan specialties are amazing (Hilachas, Pepian). Green Chili Stew. The staff are always kind. Bonus- best waffle in Santa Fe. Open from 7AM, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all day. I like this place a lot.

Excellent coffee! And one of the better breakfasts I've had in years. (Bacon omelet with red/green chile , potatoes, black beans, tortillas.) Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I love eating at Sagche‘s, the food is delicious, the staff is so nice and the restaurant is very clean. I went in on Sunday for pancakes and was told that they came with “syrup”. I assumed it was maple syrup, which is a natural sweetener from the maple tree. Turns out it was a fake corn syrup product and not real syrup at all. I would have really enjoyed my pancakes if they offered good maple syrup. I opted for honey instead, but will definitely not order pancakes anymore.
Also, the online menu says “maple syrup“, which is highly misleading.
Otherwise, great place to eat breakfast!
