It’s quite bold to be as bad as this place is and still dare to call yourself a business. Disgusting, gray-colored, watery, bland food. And I did not get the drink I bought. Do NOT spend a penny here.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this food truck. There are good places for barbecue in Santa Fe; this is not one of them. The food truck owner truly doesn't care. He's so egotistical he thinks he's doing you a favor even when he messes up and fails to right the wrong.
This is my go to when I need to get out of my office and walk to the food trucks. I first discovered it when I went keto and this hit the spot! The brisket is delicious and his coleslaw is the best I've had, without being over liquefied. Good portions for one (not too share). Perfect for a low/no carb lunch. I've also tried the sausages but always go back to the brisket. The bbq sauce is more mild than I like but very flavorful!
Beef briquettes sandwich is delicious. Cole slaw is not fresh, i ate a bite and couldn't eat it anymore. Disappointed cuz I always love Cole slaw, but not today.
I've only had the smoked turkey legs, but I've had them a few times and they're consistently high quality.
Parking: There's an open lot with other food trucks around
Wheelchair accessibility: It's an open dirt lot. The space is accessable, though it may be bumpy.

This was unfortunately a BIG disappointment. We paid way too much for cold Mac n cheese that looked and tasted like it has been sitting there for God only knows how long. The corn bread was soggy. Bbq sauce was good but I’m pretty sure it is something off the shelf at your local grocer.

I just ordered the bisket at S.F. Barbeque and found a long hair in my food. I.told the manager and showed him the hair. I assumed he was going to replace my order but after waiting awhile, I went to see if if my order was ready.
He said it wasn't his hair and that was it. No apology or anything.
I will never go there again. He was ambivalent about the whole incident. He lost us as customers. I don't understand his attitude. Bad kaa.

As fully admitted Texas barbecue snob I have high standards. The sausage was inedible, threw away like 1/2 pound. The pork was tasteless even smothered in sauce and green chili. The brisket seemed to be cooked in a crockpot. No a speck of bark in sight, came sitting in a pool of water. I think it would have taste better if I just ate the $50

Unfortunately pretty bad. DO NOT get brisket here if you’re looking for normal house-prepared brisket. Whatever it is they’re serving is precooked in some fashion. The mac and cheese and the cornbread while OK, were similar to cafeteria food? The brisket was too actually thinking about it.

horrible food. why would you serve me pork belly that is hard and burnt? do you not check before you serve your food? I got the brisket sandwich and pork belly.. total with tip $19.... The brisket is dry bitter flavorless taste like was not fresh and smoked with dirty smoke. the pork belly pieces were hard as rocks and burnt. I could not even chew one. the entire $19 meal was horrible. overcooked reheated not fresh.... I want my $19 back...

We had the 1/2 mixed platter and it was very good. The chillies were nice mixed in with BBQ.
Hands down, the worst BBQ I’ve ever experienced in my life! Dry, shredded everything, over priced, zero sides (pickles, onions, bread)… just dry a** under seasoned proteins with no love in development. Been holding off on this place for years, decided to try it today… huge mistake on my part! Hate to say this, but should have gone to Rudy’s! Couldn’t even use a knife to cut the ribs… this was $35 ??
