There’s a handful of items that can be made vegan on request — the usual burritos, tacos, etc. — plus quesadillas with vegan cheese. Note that our group ordered two vegan quesadillas but there was a kitchen miscommunication and they made them with cow cheese 😔, which our server noticed and had them remade. Flavors were OK, though a little in the plain side for our taste. (If you’re looking for Mexican food with great flavor, we’d recommend walking to the nearby Fiesta...
Great quesadillas & pupusas! Got a variety of things and give it all two thumbs up. Highly recommend adding his hatch chile salsa your food. I am El Salvadoran and have a very particular palate & high standard for pupusas. Adding the hatch chile salsa was amazing!! First time in my life I’ve had El Salvadoran cuisine with New Mexican flavor, take me back!
This is an absolutely wonderful little place. The owner runs it very graciously and with a servant's heart. Great food, great service. It's like a food truck that got an upgrade to a full building, and the best part is that there's actually parking at this restaurant! Great place to go and bring the kids, too!
