I am a vegetarian guy and ate mostly indian and thai food, I went to Apothecary by going through the menu, the dishes looked interesting but as much as they were interesting in menu, in real they were equally bad in taste. I ordered thai coconut cuŕry and there was no taste of coconut at all. The service was also delayed, we had to wait 30-40 minutes to get our food. The ambience was created without any knowledge of hindusim, there was symbol of "OM", which is equivalent to cross in Christianity and serving non veg food with such religious symbol is big insult. I would not recommend the restaurant.

Some of the servers didn’t seem to be familiar with the menu, and didn’t seem to be helpful. We ordered a cup of tomato soup, and never received it, but were charged $9 for it. I called later to complain and was told a manager would call me, but no one ever called me. The vegan key lime pie was not tasty, and was over priced at $16! The chicken was over cooked and dry. Will not return.

Loved the vibe, loved the concept, loved the food. Lots of vegan options and everything we tried was so good. The mojito mock-tail was so delicious and refreshing. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else. I’d also love to try their spa someday.

Excellent food. High quality ingredients prepared properly and in a portal to Mt. Shasta atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Besides a really slow food service, this is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever eaten at. Each item is uniquely crafted with really unique flavors. I am lactose intolerant and we ordered 5 of the dairy free items of the menu and there were like 20 more for the future!
Would recommend the Sherpa Soup, the Wild Mushroom yucca root pizza and the Vegan Nachos for sure.
The yucca fries have a really small serving size!
They allow dogs inside and have a dog menu as well.

Vibes are cute. Food took around 1.5 hours to get out. Not worth it…
Updated review: staff was very apologetic about the wait and offered complimentary services which was very appreciated. I believe some miscommunication happened with the order which resulted in our food coming out very late. Food was decent! Service was decent! Overall a below average experience for an average establishment. Don’t think we will be coming back but if it doesn’t seem busy I certainly think it is worth to try it.

Restaurant was calm and fairly eclectic in a new age type way. Service was very slow. Food was rich, balanced, and filling. Overall we give it a 4 with the good carrying a large part of the score. We had the bison stew and bison short ribs.

We spent 4 days in Santa Fe & found quite a few great places to dine however this was not one of them. My spouse and I split a salad and each had an entree, we didn't order alcohol & our tab was $100.00. Although we spent much more than this on other meals elsewhere, we found this place to be very average given quality & price. Our server was attentive but inexperienced.

At first was a little skeptical about dining at an oxygen bar, but the food had substance! We started with the best NA mock-tails I have ever had: the gin and tonic was perfectly balanced, and the mezcal margarita tasted like a smokey lychee. For food we had the yucca flatbread with mushrooms and Thai curry with tofu. Everything was delicious, nice flavors, and lots of different veggies in the curry. Get the vegan key lime pie- DIVINE!
