Please go!!
It's not the best experience I've had . Initially, the place looked promising. The portion size on the guacamole was small. The yucca fries could have been plated differently so that it didn't seem small.
But they must have had an off day with their service, they only had one server for the entire restaurant. I was there for more than an hour just to have lunch.
Apothecary offers a completely GF menu, and a number of vegan offerings in addition to steaks etc. The menu is eclectic in a good way, from Thai to southwestern. The kitchen really has its act together. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. The front of the house was unfortunately a dice roll... there
was one server who was on top of their game, and another... I understand Apothecary also offers tarot readings and such, and perhaps our server was gifted, but not especially connected to this astral plane. Some hospitality training could make all the difference here.
Over priced and slow service. Really nice venue however
The Fennel Citrus Salad had one snap pea, no carrot and no avocado. The greens were totally flattened and bruised (obviously from a bag). We had added the “bison”, which actually turned out to be beef burger rolled into balls (we can tell the difference, we get a half bison every year for our freezer). Grass-fed bison does not taste like fatty beef. Nice try!
Food is extremely healthy though what you see online is not necessarily what is available in person. At the time we went, there was supposedly something going on with the oven to where staff was having to cook one gluten-free pita at a time and the waitress compared the experience of waiting for our orders to waiting for water to boil.
The ingredients for extremely fresh, for sure. Most of the meals, savory. But it was very expensive.
My husband ordered his buffalo burger on the rare side (it needs to be undercooked not to overdry) and it came out medium well, very dry and with some grizzle in it, to boot. The waitress apologized and immediately offered to get a new one made. She said the burger would be compted but then clarified that the new burger would be comped (you were seriously going to charge for getting the order right?).
Overall, decent healthy food but very expensive.
Weird vibes, expensive, not filling and overall bland. Would not go back
Waiting on owner she's out of town
A different type of experience with very healthy food options in the menu.

I am a vegetarian guy and ate mostly indian and thai food, I went to Apothecary by going through the menu, the dishes looked interesting but as much as they were interesting in menu, in real they were equally bad in taste. I ordered thai coconut cuŕry and there was no taste of coconut at all. The service was also delayed, we had to wait 30-40 minutes to get our food. The ambience was created without any knowledge of hindusim, there was symbol of "OM", which is equivalent to cross in Christianity and serving non veg food with such religious symbol is big insult. I would not recommend the restaurant.

Some of the servers didn’t seem to be familiar with the menu, and didn’t seem to be helpful. We ordered a cup of tomato soup, and never received it, but were charged $9 for it. I called later to complain and was told a manager would call me, but no one ever called me. The vegan key lime pie was not tasty, and was over priced at $16! The chicken was over cooked and dry. Will not return.

Loved the vibe, loved the concept, loved the food. Lots of vegan options and everything we tried was so good. The mojito mock-tail was so delicious and refreshing. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else. I’d also love to try their spa someday.
