We recently toured and had a wonderful experience. Tara is incredibly knowledgeable about the distilling, ingredients, botanicals and had great suggestions for cocktails using their gin, vodka, and whiskeys. Unique flavors. Glad to have discovered this niche operation.

We went for the distillery tour. Tara was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave a great tour answering all the questions. The tasting at the end was also amazing. She was attentive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves.

The tour and tasting were great. Enjoyed sampling their whiskies and gin. Tara was great! She had lots of interesting cocktail recipes to share and local recommendations.

Very interesting and informative tour from Tara. The tasting portion was fantastic, where you get to sample 6 of their spirits and maybe a 7th and 8th if there is something specific you want to check out that was not on the original menu. And then the 20% discount on all bottles purchased is a wonderful bonus that makes this tour not only fun, but an incredible value as well.

Amazing tour!!!

The bartender is amazing and so cool! She showed me everything on the tour which is where it is at. I had the best time and I was solo on the tour but I absolutely loved it. Got to try their amazing selection. I had to pick up their Bottled in Bond as the top tier pick. It was surprisingly reasonable and you get discount if you do the tour. I knew nothing about whiskey and now I know exactly how’s it made. Cool vibe, cool drinks, cool people. Would recommend 10/10!

Our tour guide and bartender Tara was amazing. She answered all question knowledgeably and had good notes during the tasting portion of the tour. Very personable and easy to talk to. Good date night activity or just a fun activity for an afternoon.

What a wonderful time here at SFS! The private tour was so interesting and educational. The tasting post tour was a palette opening experience. Really recommend this for visitors and locals alike.

Fantastic distillery tour experience! Expertly led by Tara who was not only personable but knowledgeable about all things distilling.
Afterwards, enjoyed a fabulous tasting - highlights were the white whiskey (must try) and the Apatiño!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun and authentic.

Did their tour and tasting. It was interesting to learn about the process. The angel share room was awesome! The tasting was fun. I did date night with the hubs as he always does wine tasting with me and glad I found this in order to partake in what interests him. 10 out of 10 reccomend.

Great explanation of the distilling process and great samples. Such a wonderful experience to do with friends!!
