Great staff, good location. Food was pretty good, but their dill pickles are weird and the coffee shake wasn't my thing. I'll come back and try a different flavor. The burger was pretty good, and the place smells like BEEF, not just grease and fat.

Did offer my money back which I didn’t take but anyone who serves chicken that old and microwaved shouldn’t be serving food at all.

Would you like any thing else? 4. Thank you! when they complete your order. If they gave away a blue ribbon for rudest employees you would have a wall full!

I didnt get a shake, should have bc i dont understand why people were eating there. This was the most bland green chili cheeseburger I ever had. Somehow the unseasoned fries had more flavor than the burger. There was no seasoning or flavor in the whole burger and I got green chili. I was shocked, I could have had a lettuce burger and been just as satisfied. How did the green chili not have any flavor or heat? How do you ruin a beef patty? Tourist trap, maybe the shakes are what people want, sincerely shocked how a burger and fries tasted the exact same bland. Staff was fine, timeliness fine. The setting is wonderful. Spent $17 to remind me to never come back for food. Sin sazon sin cariño. They got bell peppers for chili or what?

Small shakes for $9 child size green chili burger that was way way under seasoned for $10 and child sized chicken sandwich for $10 the quilty, flavor, and portions are not hitting any marks for $31 smh we won't be back sadly over priced and under proportioned.
Used to love this place. Now it’s 8.50 plus tax for a small shake! Crazy! I took ONE BITE of my green chile cheese burger and realized there was no green chile. They said “I’ll get you a side of chile.” I said no thanks just remake my burger please. The Cook told the cashier he wouldn’t remake my burger unless I paid for a new one. 10 dollars for a tiny burger and can’t even make it right? That’s crazy

I’ve always had great service at this place, but the employee who answered the phone today was rude and had zero customer service. When I attempted to put an online order, the site kept freezing and giving an error to try again later. So I waited until they opened and attempted to call in my order. The girl who answered the phone asked “How can I help you?” When I said I’d like to call in an order, she said “please hold.” About one minute later the business hung up on my call. I called back and the same girl answered and immediately said “will you hold please?” I explained that I was on hold before but that they had hung up on me. She said no words, did not offer any response at all and immediately placed the call on hold again. This is terrible customer service. Accidents happen but this girl showed a complete lack of sympathy for my concern. I was not going to make a 4th attempt at ordering from this place. I will spend my money somewhere else that values my business and time.

This was so disappointing. We drove all the way from Los Alamos to eat lunch. The burger was flavorless. The green chile had no flavor. The fries were homemade and good. Shakes weren’t bad but the burger itself was terrible. A burger from a fast food restaurant would have more flavor.
