Was in Santa Fe today and excited to eat Shakes again. I was so sorry that the quality of the burger especially was awful. There was absolutely no flavor at all. We ordered the green chile cheese burgers. Everything about it was tasteless. Was so disappointed.Parking: The parking is just fine for Santa fe

One of the worst places to eat in Santa Fe. They have no managers on hand, so when I went to return a disgusting, stone-cold burger and soggy fries, they gave some ridiculous excuse about the sugar content in the fries, admitting they know the fries are awful, but are serving and charging for them anyway. No managers on hand, run by teenagers. Horrible place.

Worst service in town. What pathetic incompetent lazy dinner service closes their kitchen at 5:30 and then continues to keep their posted hours as closing at 6:30???? People who hate their customers and money obviously.

Soggy fries, burger was ok. The shakes are definitely the highlight item on the menu, I got strawberry and it was very good.Vegetarian options: They had 2 veggie burger options, I got the beyond burger and it was fine

A cool looking spot at reasonable prices but I could not taste anything discernible in my burger - it honestly tasted like nothing, and I was starving. Good fries though.

I used to love this growing up. But this place is horribly run now. I ended up working here with my best friend and let Me tell you something. The management here STEALS TIPS! and finally seeing how their Just like any other fast food place all their frozen meat patties are gross to look at being made actually. And the cleanliness in back of house is disgusting. Terribly run. Don't come here.

We were excited to finally try this place and were overall disappointed. We ordered a green chile cheeseburger but were informed we could only order a double or triple patty, which didn’t make a lot of sense until we got the burger and realized it must have been a frozen patty that had been frozen into doubles or triples. Quite bland and lackluster, soggy bun and wet lettuce. Did not taste any green chile. Def not the quality of meat advertised on site and was similar to a fast food burger but even then, not as good as some fast food even. We also had the “spicy” chicken sandwich which was not spicy, just regular fried chicken, and the pickles included were simply cucumbers. Also it did not have the green chile mayo as advertised (we took it to go so didn’t realize until we got home). Nothing special there. The fries were fine but again nothing special or especially tasty. By far, the best part of the meal was the affogato with salted caramel ice cream, would definitely recommend that. It sounds like spot used to be a lot better and I hope they’re able to return to the former quality!
This is a great place and we go there for whatever burger my brother wants to get but mostly we love the fries. We're driving home and he just couldn't stop eating the fries before everything else.

Serves a great bison burger fries are great really delicious
Obviously they have went cheap on the beef. Spent $65 for 4 burgers 4 drinks and 2 fries. We used to love this place, but the burgers have went downhill, the beef is a cheaper cut that tastes like frying one at home in a pan. This entire work crew has decided to not come back. So sad, we used to love it. Do better.
