The two hot Americanos with cream, whip cream, and cinnamon on top were delicious. The service was great. Also, we love the industrial and modern setting. The surrounding area around the coffee shop has the same industrial and cool look. Pictures don’t help. You have to come and experience it yourself and please ignore the space ship. You’ll thank me later.

Our first and last time here. Went on a Sunday morning. Person at the register was very impatient and rude. We had questions about menu and he seemed frustrated he had to answer questions. We did not know if the patio outside was “Here” or “To-Go” and he kept asking HERE??? Or TO-GO??? We said patio and he said, SO HERE! Wow, sorry we came in as clearly he only wants regulars who quickly order. Burrito was OK, coffee was OK. Patio was nice. We have lots of options for coffee and this place will not be on list for future Santa Fe visits.

Sky Coffee isn’t just a coffee shop — it’s basically a shrine to the art of good vibes. Why? Because of two absolute legends: Natalie and Brooklyn.
These two aren’t just baristas; they’re cosmic treasures. Natalie could hand me a plain black drip and somehow it feels like sipping sunshine. Brooklyn could steam milk and I’d swear it was blessed by the coffee gods themselves. Together? They’re the dynamic duo that makes Sky Coffee the heartbeat of Santa Fe mornings.
Essential. Irreplaceable. True gems. If they ever left, I’m convinced the espresso machine would just refuse to turn on and the sun itself might reconsider rising.
Bottom line: Sky Coffee is amazing, but Natalie and Brooklyn are the reason it’s legendary. 🌞☕✨
We loved this coffee shop. We happened to walk by and decided to stop in. We both needed a pick me up before lunch and had an espresso and iced coffee. We all truly enjoyed our selections and decided we would order them again. The iced coffee and espresso were both fresh, no bitterness, no harsh taste, smooth, delightful and just a good, outstanding cup of joe and shot. They have a nice sized patio being able to watch the people walk by and the trains arriving and leaving. Love this place. We will be back.

I really enjoy Sky Coffee! Their menu ranging from drip coffee to specialty drinks are some of my favorites around town. One star off due to too much variation in expensive drinks based on who’s behind the counter. I’ve had a delicious Olive Oil Latte there and then ordered again but it looked and tasted like a milk latte. I confirmed with the barista that it was indeed mine. At $8 a drink, I’d love to see consistency improve. I’ll keep coming back for their Onyx drip coffee!
