If I could leave a 0 star writing I could. We came here for a specific pickle fry. When ordering they LIED to one of the members in our party about not having a product. I then went on my app and ordered TWO of them. Then, when we ordered the same one through the speaker but a woman ordered and they changed us for them. They Continued to give us the wrong thing. Absolute garbage service.

I went by this establishment this evening to buy 2 cokes and I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the dipshits got the order wrong. How do you screw up 2 cokes. I paid 8 dollarsfora large water. This used to be the best sonic in Santa fe and now it's the worst.

Don’t waste your time or money there! Place sucks you order but depending on what they hear is what you get ! Expensive for wrong order.chicken dinner ended up with the snack they didn’t understand or make it right , asked for a small water cup and had to pay for tap water on top of the food and fountain drink

I got about 3/4 or less of what I feel like I should have in my sundae I ordered today. For the price, I feel like they should at least fill the cup up with ice cream! Every time I go to the Sonic I have people come to my car asking for money as well.
We ordered 2 Green Chilie cheese burgers and they charged three burgers we didn't asked for three burgers! The Manger needs to tell employees to listen their coustmaoters ordered! Services has gotten really bad and their French fries are not good at all! Their service has gotten really bad! French Fries are very tasteless!!!!!!
