Can't go lower. Came here to order drinks at the drive up. I started to order and they only got the one drink, which wasnt even correct by the way, refused to hear the rest of the order and when I tried again and told them I my original order wasnt finished just said okay and didnt even attempt to get the rest of it. Can't even describe the lack of care or attention at all. Absolutely worst service I got from sonic ever!

Ordered a bar food the waiter asked us four times how much sauce we wanted we told them and then our food came out with no sauce. We push the button to ask for sauce since they didn’t give us any and they argue with us saying they gave us some when they didn’t. They got mad And finally brought some out.

Rolled up here to grab a quick snack for the road and we had a difficult time!! First off, the ordering menu we parked at was not very functional, the kid taking our order was having a hard time hearing our order, the whole ordering process took like 5 minutes!! Then when the girl came out to give us our order, she proceeds to tell us that that particular stall isn't working!! Like ok!? Then where is the sign letting customers know to not use that stall!? Other than that, food was great but they are notoriously known for being slow.
