We had the worst experience possible at this place tonight. All the food was eh. I got my 15 month old a childrens tender plate and as I was packing the leftovers I saw a hair at the bottom of the plate. I let our server know she took the plate and spoke to her manager. Instead of letting us know they took the plate off our ticket the manager proceeds to mention I took the plate off your ticket but it looks to me like a baby's hair because all our staff wears a hairnet and none of my workers have short hair like that insinuating that it was my sons hair. When there were in fact several workers walking around without a hairnet including the ones bringing out the food. After I was disgusted by her comment she then got defensive and decided she needed to mention she was a Christian women again insinuating we were the ones that planted the hair. Very unprofessional and a very sorry excuse for a manager. Not apologetic nor did she just take responsibility and move on from the situation nope she proceeded to engage with an agurmentative attitude towards us. Needless to say we will not be back after this extremely disappointing visit.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sopaipilla Factory Restaurant in Pojoaque, while I stopped by the Peoh Cultural Center and I must say, it was a truly relaxing experience. This is clearly a place where families, both local and tourist alike, can come together and enjoy great Northern Mexican food. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful dining experience.
For my lunch break, I chose the Carne Adovada plate, and it did not disappoint. The chile had just the right amount of spice (New Mexico Mild), perfectly complementing the tender pork. The Spanish rice was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of ingredients, and while the mashed beans weren't fresh, they were still quite good. The Sopaipilla was cooked perfectly with crispy top and the honey infused butter was out of this world, I swear the butter was home made by it's creamy texture, consistency and taste.
I found the prices to be fair, especially considering the generous portions. My waitress was also incredibly attentive and had a truly pleasant personality, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Sopaipilla Factory to anyone looking for a delicious and comfortable dining experience in Pojoaque.

I've been wanting to stop here every time we pass by and finally did without disappointment! The food and service were great!
What a great dinner!!! The Pueblo taco with shredded beef was a real winner. The combination plate was delicious and the chiles rellenos we crispy We enjoyed our Sopaipillas with real honey are outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We loved it!!
Good food good service but the place was a little warm. Not sure if the air wasn't working or if the just keep it at 83°.
Fabulous food and service. Must go!

I order an early dinner yesterday from Sopaipilla Factory and chose the Steak Timpequano for $22.00. What I got was an cheese enchilada with the cheese still cold inside and watery sauce. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was cooked more than well done and almost burned. Total garbage. This is about the 3rd time I have ordered food and took one bite and threw the rest in the trash.
I have been going to Sop. Fac. since it opened.
I won’t be back.

Went there yesterday. Order contained " no sour cream " on one dish. Party of 2
My spouse and I . Order arrived w/ sour cream! Flies were so annoying. Food just isn't as good as before. Stuffed sopapilla is not stuffed sopapilla~ just meat and a sopapilla on top. Won't be back and my friends and family ? will beware.

Worst experience. Service was horrible. The server was lost and seemed confused. Couldn't give negative stars but the service should've been -10! Would never recommend this place.

Tesuque and Española is good. Sopas are great. Grilled cheese is a 6.5, but a 9 for appearance. Rice is no bueno. Chicken nachos are really tasty.
Tasty and friendly family restaurant conveniently located just off the highway north of Buffalo Thunder. Delicious New Mexican fare!
