“I’m leaving 5 stars because our waitress Tina was the best. She was so kind & patient with us. I met up with my mom and sister that were already sat at the table eating, and right away she greeted me and got me my food & silverware. We forgot to fill out the survey on the ziosk for her.“

“I usually love Panera...but today is not one of those days. Dine in closed...drive up extremely slow and backed up. I ordered an iced tea and it did not taste like tea...maybe iced coffee.,but didn't taste right. I had to get back in line and wait another ten or fifteen minutes to get an exchange. The girl at the window argued with me about my drink and practically threw the replacement at me..Service is usually great here ...not today.“
