F for customer service!!!
If you want the absolute least here.. then you got it

One of those loyal employee Starbucks that make you pay to use bathroom. This place is so antihomeless that I worry to drink the free water they give you, they likely taint anything you ask for free in hatred

The manager was very unwelcoming and kept staring at me when she thought I wasn't looking. When I finished my coffee I asked for a water I never got. Also no power outlets. No clue what the deal was but won't return.
So, if you are looking for THE ONLY Starbucks in America that DOES NOT have a single power outlet for customers, then you have come to the right place. It is the most ridiculous thing I have encountered at Sbux. I mean, isn’t the point to do work, linger, buy more things? Well, not here, friend. You will run out of juice before you run out of coffee and be very disappointed. The excuse from the staff was really lame. Won’t be back.

This one has become one of the worst Starbucks. Dirty and smelly. They also blocked all the outlets, definitely not set up for customers to sit, enjoy, and hang out for a while. It’s okay if you only get something to go.

I love this super friendly establishment. The staff did an amazing job suggesting something I have never tried before Venti, iced, caramel ribbon, oat milk, cold foam latte. It was the best iced coffee drink I have ever had, and I grew up in San Francisco. Thank you to all the staff!!!

It’s a nice airy location in downtown Santa Fe.
But they intentionally covered up all their previous outlets. This makes it feel like a hostile environment to sit and work on your laptop or even if you are a tourist and need to charge your phone for a moment. Why take this away from your customers? Coffee shops ARE where you can get caffeinated, charge your devices and use some wifi.
Can’t have a refill because there are junkies who hang out on the sidewalk in front of the place. Smoking heroin all day and no one does anything about them…weeks and weeks go by and the front always smells like heroin. Man with a messed up dress jacket missing part of his pants.

This teeny-tiny-mostly-ice tea was $5.00!!!!
What a rip-off. Don't come here. Shop local, ANY WHERE ELSE. No wonder why this place is empty.
When I asked the staff why something so small was $5.00, they nonchalantly shrugged, "We're expensive."
This is why corporate conglomerates like this will go out of business once we all wake up.
I used to be a partner when prices were fair and the staff was kind.

Waiting for the line in the bathroom, a guy walked up, sweating profusely in 78 degree breezy weather and tried to jump the line. Acting sporadic, holding a lighter, some cash, and a baggie in his hand. I went in the bathroom (first time there) and right in front of me is a needle/syringe disposable container, attached to the wall by Starbucks themselves. Yep. A station for addicts to shoot up. It was pretty obvious and didn't take much to put it together. Had my young daughter there with me. Will NEVER go back to ANY Starbucks after that and I wouldn't recommend you go there either. Santa Fe area seems to be going downhill. Saw more bums in the plaza area than I've ever seen in the past 20 years of coming here. Weird foreign-ran pop-ups all around the plaza with the workers aggressively trying to get you in their "store." Weird vibes. Something's off.

I was pleasantly surprised that old town Santa Fe had a Starbucks in the middle of the center.
Nice Starbucks, beautiful wall decorations, nice seating area and great atmosphere.
The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

An absolutely beautiful Starbucks in downtown Sante Fe. Cool tiling on the outside as well as exposed brick and a mural on the inside. One of the cooler Starbucks that I have been to!

I thought other people were exaggerating, but there were homeless people literally blocking the doors. Nothing else in the neighborhood is like this, you would assume it’s an actual shelter.
