I thought other people were exaggerating, but there were homeless people literally blocking the doors. Nothing else in the neighborhood is like this, you would assume it’s an actual shelter.

Homeless people along with they're baggage parked at tables abound the atmosphere. Sleeping at tables, coughing & sneezing without covering they're mouths. Starbucks on San Francisco St. here in Santa Fe, NM is an encampment for the homeless and a deterrence for customers to enjoy the coffeehouse ambience.

One of the things that we should all expect from Starbucks is efficient service and that is one of the things that sets it apart from tons of other choices. You know going into a Starbucks you'll get the same treatment the same service.... however this Starbucks is not that way. 23 minutes to get 1 latte. Won't be back.

This starbucks is low key a work of art. Love the atmosphere here -- so open and clean, and the mural & gorgeous doors are worth checking out. Friendly, efficient staff. And the drinks, etc are reliable, as expected.

We have gone to this Starbucks 3 times. And have had issues every time. The last time, the main barista was rude, distracted, and talked far more then she worked. In the time we were there, they had 2 customers come forward after being given the wrong drink, and then we saw that one of our drinks were also wrong. The previous time we went the same barista made a rude comment about what a customer ordered after they had left. Loud enough for us to hear from across the building. I didn't get her name cause she was working in the back, but I would advise against going in the mid afternoon, or at all. Both times the cashier was very pleasant.
People camped out front asking for money. They made my order and didn’t completely read the label — forgot my cream and they don’t leave it out here.

Arrived this morning to get a coffee and egg bites, there were 5 people in front of me so I patiently wait. Comes my turn finally, I place the order at the cash register and I go to the end of the counter to wait for my drink and food. Everyone in front of me had already left the store, I receive my food and after another couple of minutes one of the barista says” what are you waiting for??” ( talk about being polite) I tell her I’m waiting for my latte and the other barista rudely say “ oh, I thought I called her name in my mind” with my latte sitting By the coffee machine, not ever n being placed at the pick up area.GET SOME PEOPLE THAT KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF THESE RUDE INDIVIDUALS!! especially for the price charged for a freaking coffee!

Very fast service and kind staff. In a location that can be very challenging with the ebb and flow of tourists, the team here is poised and ready. Consistent product and a pleasant environment which was clean and safe.

I honestly love this Starbucks and it's always clean! Every worker is a sweetheart, but I have noticed they hired a new manager I'm pretty sure her name is Tori and she's awful. The environment now is very unsettling and she makes me uncomfortable every time I go in giving me dirty looks. I can also tell the work environment for the workers after she moved in is not happy anymore . I'll come back and leave 5 stars if you guys actually hire a manager that's a nice person.
