Very disappointing…Bathrooms were closed (even though staff was using them) , sugar/napkins not stocked. Had to ask staff members at least 5 times to get some, had to first wait for some time as they ( staff members) were nowhere to be found. The first lady we asked didn’t get it for us, so we had to ask another person. Ot seems like nobody in that store got any customer training.

I just paid $5 for a large water with sugar. It was supposed to be black tea but there's no black tea in there and I didn't have time to turn around and I'm just bummed and disappointed and I've been disappointed by this location more than once. It seems to have a employment rate of people who do not know what the heck they're doing it's frustrating.

This location has NO dine-in. It's drive thru or nothing. What happened to sitting down and enjoying a cup of coffee. No customer service. Go to Java Joe's on rodeo and enjoy better coffee and it's comfortable.

This is really sad because I come to the Starbucks because the person that usually works here knows my name and knows my drink and it makes me feel very welcome but today they have a new person who told me that they drink that I order 200 times a year does not exist anymore I have not been insulted by this Starbucks yet but now I have. Customer service comes first and you should never insult a customer especially one who’s someone knows their name leaves a bad taste in my mouth now and I will check out to see who was working before wasting time at the counter for her to finish what she’s doing in the back.Basically .

Always fast and friendly at the drive through. Thankful this Starbucks is close to I-25. Easy to find and easy to maneuver in and out. Go lattes!
