I had a pumpkin spice latte, and the 2 Italian sausage egg bites and it was all delicious. The barista was very nice, and the Starbucks itself was really fancy and had a really nice atmosphere inside! Plenty of parking outside, and even had a little area for dogs.

As a former employee of Starbucks I’m very disappointed with the service I just received.
I ordered a 21$ order.. forgetting to order my trenta ice water — like I normally do..
When I went back to get a trenta ice water, they refused and said I couldn’t get one.. the barista up front even said he remembered me.. the shift supervisor still refused..
I’m absolutely disappointed in the service knowing that I spent 21$ and they refused to give me.
I will no longer be going to this Starbucks.

If DoorDash lets you choose a different Starbucks CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STARBUCKS. This one is literally ran by a child and 4th time they don’t give my dasher the full order. A rep from door dash said they are taking them off soon cause of the amount of complaints they are getting. Don’t order from them. It’s the worst Starbucks in Santa Fe

Great light roast coffee sat outside and enjoyed. The falafel sandwich was like teeny tiny like I was really surprised but they gave me a full glass of ice water which was nice. Also it's one of the few Starbucks that you can go in and actually chill out. Get on your computer, get some work done and you feel totally welcome there. It's not like the new Starbucks where it's like you have like a sitting outside under an awning and you have to go through the drive-thru to get something. It's I'm glad they're going back to kind of like a place where you can relax and settle in and have some coffee you know like a coffee house so I'm grateful for this Starbucks.

Atmosphere was ok tables were dirty and the older casual lady seemed like a manager was a little unpleasant.
I use this location for pick up on my way to work. Each encounter with staff has been difficult. Baristas seem rude and not wanting to interact. I feel like an inconvenience to them.
