I use this location for pick up on my way to work. Each encounter with staff has been difficult. Baristas seem rude and not wanting to interact. I feel like an inconvenience to them.

long wait in drive through over 15 minutes on a sunday at 6:15pm, messed up drinks twice. another 10 minute wait. Asked for manager, only to her ar "I am the manager" very much an attitude. Half fast sloppy drink. Offered to remakr after her and several baristas mumble making things very uncomfortable. I will not return to location. Go to smiths inside way better manager and friendly staff with knowledge about drinks.

I drove up, the person that said "how can I help you" seemed irritated. I let them know I was there to pick up an online order. Got my drinks and headed home. I ordered a pumpkin spice foam cold brew for myself. After I drank all of the coffee, I took the lid off to spoon out the foam and saw a spider that had been sitting on top of the foam the entire time. DONE going to this location.
