Check your drinks before you leave. I stop at this store periodically before leaving Santa Fe but I’m going to have to find a new one. The last couple times my drink has had the wrong milk. The most recent one I was already well on the road before taking a drink and again my drink was not made with non-dairy milk. Someone is going to get sick. I will be finding a new store.

The atmosphere was amazing. They played Taylor swift and it really made my time in the store so enjoyable. Keep up the great service and love the Playlist :) I got a brown sugar shaken espresso, I believe the girls who made it was named asylim. She literally killed it. This is my fav drink and I can say with confidence this is the best it has ever been made. Absolute perfection.

I order my items through the app and waited almost 15 minutes after arriving for my drink. The drink was poorly made tasted like nothing but milk… I got an iced matcha late. My venti drink was half full and when I asked if I can get more of the drink or a bit more cold foam one of the employees was super rude about it.

I haven't reviewed Starbucks because I don't drink coffee if I can help it, but here we are. I needed some breakfast so ordered ahead on their app. I would recommend loading some dollars onto their digital Starbucks card so you can get stars/rewards more quickly. Usually, the pick-up time is 10-15 minutes after I order on the app, but this Starbucks only took 5 minutes which was nice.- Peppermint Hot Chocolate - Not impressed with this hot chocolate, it didn't have a lot of peppermint flavor. This is kind of rude to say, but it tasted a bit like my company's hot chocolate where the base of the drink is water, you really cannot taste the milk.- Banana Walnut & Pecan Loaf - I quite liked this, I was grateful that it had a lot of moisture in it so it wasn't too dry. You couldn't taste the pecan bits, but the banana flavor with the walnut bits came through.I can understand the Starbucks addictions and cravings, but the high prices will always be mind-blowing to me. For something that is supposed to be a treat, its a bit too expensive, but I appreciate the grind of having the second most locations of any fast-food chain in the United States!

I ordered off the mobile app during a time when it was unavailable. I went in the next day and it was easy as pie to speak to the lovely batistas and then the manager at the 106 W. San Francisco location. They remade my coffee and even offered a refund. Thank you!
