So I'm the only person in drive-thru line, ordered an iced caramel macchiato and told to go wait in the special marked spot front of the store because there's a person behind me in line. Uhmmm what...
you can't handle 2 people in line without being overwhelmed? Yikes

Drive thru is poorly educated on anything on the menu needs step by step help . Manager
Talked over me and identified problem . After explaining how it “ could “ be my fault .
Bottom line is get staff that explains the menu actually knows coffee.
I guess when and if I return my order might be free 🤷🏻‍♀️ im being nice giving a stars
Starbucks managers are top notch people and fix the issue promptly

I absolutely loved the layout and decor of the Pojoaque location. It was beautiful and functional. Your staff was very pleasant and the coffee I ordered was made better than at any other location.

My husband and I first went to the Espanola location and immediately left because of crowds and lack of seating. After visiting the Pojoaque shop, it will be our first place to go anytime we want to sit, relax, and drink delicious coffee!

This Starbucks has the worst customer Service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. When I called to complain that there was extra ice instead of light ice like I had ordered she told me that’s the way they were made. My mocha was very white and you could see Crushed ice floating On top. The girl kept telling me that that’s the way Starbucks make them is with ice. I had said light ice and instead I got extra ice. Will not return because it probably has spit in it. The only thing I’d like back was the tip that I gave For them

Starbucks changed their matcha green tea & I didn’t like the way it tasted. The manager Nicole was happy enough, knowledgeable, considerate, & nice enough to let me know it was because I didn’t ask for it to be sweetened & that the matcha can come out clumpy and thick sometimes which makes the taste of the matcha stronger almost like grass. She also offered to remake it for me which I very much appreciated & let me know to ask for it sweetened next time.

Staff is also very friendly, sweet, fast, and efficient at this location.

They took my order, sat the cup aside and proceeded to prepare other peoples orders before me and of course the drive thru first. After 10 minutes I asked about my order and pointed out my cup still standing there. It happens.
