I absolutely loved the layout and decor of the Pojoaque location. It was beautiful and functional. Your staff was very pleasant and the coffee I ordered was made better than at any other location.
My husband and I first went to the Espanola location and immediately left because of crowds and lack of seating. After visiting the Pojoaque shop, it will be our first place to go anytime we want to sit, relax, and drink delicious coffee!

This Starbucks has the worst customer Service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. When I called to complain that there was extra ice instead of light ice like I had ordered she told me that’s the way they were made. My mocha was very white and you could see Crushed ice floating On top. The girl kept telling me that that’s the way Starbucks make them is with ice. I had said light ice and instead I got extra ice. Will not return because it probably has spit in it. The only thing I’d like back was the tip that I gave For them

Starbucks changed their matcha green tea & I didn’t like the way it tasted. The manager Nicole was happy enough, knowledgeable, considerate, & nice enough to let me know it was because I didn’t ask for it to be sweetened & that the matcha can come out clumpy and thick sometimes which makes the taste of the matcha stronger almost like grass. She also offered to remake it for me which I very much appreciated & let me know to ask for it sweetened next time.
Staff is also very friendly, sweet, fast, and efficient at this location.

They took my order, sat the cup aside and proceeded to prepare other peoples orders before me and of course the drive thru first. After 10 minutes I asked about my order and pointed out my cup still standing there. It happens.

This was THE WORST starbucks i’ve ever been to. We left missing items and ended up having to go back to get them. My drink was 99% ice, i got only a few sips out of it. After spending over 40 dollars, i’m extremely disappointed in the service here. I’m not sure how this is allowed, but it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I usually don’t expect five-star service at a chain coffee shop, but this Starbucks managed to set the bar even lower than I thought possible. My drinks are always poorly made—watery, bitter, and completely lacking the balance you'd expect from something that costs nearly as much as lunch. At this point, I’m not sure if the baristas follow a recipe or just guess based on personal judgement. Drinks taste like absolute garbage not once are my drinks ever correct nor even tasteful. Like Seriously!!! every time??? I normally wouldn’t single anyone out, but one employee in particular—Chloe—stood out for all the wrong reasons. Her attitude was noticeably rude, to the point where I had to wonder if basic courtesy was optional at this location. A little professionalism would go a long way given she's in a shift supervisor position. If handling customers is that much of a chore, maybe a non-customer-facing role would be more fitting. Between the poorly made drinks, the lackluster service, and Chloe’s extra helping of attitude, this Starbucks is an easy pass. Save your time, money, and patience—there are plenty of places that actually know how to make coffee and treat people with basic respect.
Ordered a pink drink, got home wondered why it was so sweet. Opened the lid and it was a strawberry açaí refresher. As a former Starbucks barista, this ain’t it. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the drinks are never made right. 🙃

The cup situation here is awful. I love saving the environment as much as the next guy, but the tops taste like paint.
I came back again and got an ice coffee to avoid it, but I was handed a paper cup over the plastic cup. These coffees are expensive to not be able to drink. Won’t be back.
