Starbucks changed their matcha green tea & I didn’t like the way it tasted. The manager Nicole was happy enough, knowledgeable, considerate, & nice enough to let me know it was because I didn’t ask for it to be sweetened & that the matcha can come out clumpy and thick sometimes which makes the taste of the matcha stronger almost like grass. She also offered to remake it for me which I very much appreciated & let me know to ask for it sweetened next time.

Drinks were good! SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! walked in, stood at the counter a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Waited a while for my drinks, only one came out.. asked about the other, the gal rolled her eyes and made it. I said thank you and she walks away rudely. I’m glad they showed up for work but it’s not hard to be kind especially when someone’s trying to be kind towards you.

My husband and I first went to the Espanola location and immediately left because of crowds and lack of seating. After visiting the Pojoaque shop, it will be our first place to go anytime we want to sit, relax, and drink delicious coffee!
