This is the worst Starbucks location in Santa Fe. The baristas are clueless and rude and unapologetic when they make a mistake (or three ) I had to reorder my coffee and sandwich twice because the shift barista couldn't stop giggling and talking to a customer. Hook up on your own time lady! The food is poor, the service is worse and the management is a joke. I will go elsewhere. I have to change this location! This was meant to be about the St. Mike's location!!!! Just noticed,so sorry!!!

Went here about a day ago, got there at 8:10 and they were closed when online it says 8:30. If you’re going to have your hours up at least follow them. I had to pull thru the drive through after I realized they where closed and the employees stared at me no smiles and shook there heads at me. Felt so unwelcome even tho they closed early.

It says it opens at 4:30am online but nobody was there at drive thru. so I called and was met with an unpleasant woman saying I have to wait 20 mins for anything espresso and as I was explaining that online it says the store is open and espresso should be ready by then and maybe online is wrong and they should fix it.. instead she hangs up on me instead of hearing me out... What a unpleasant and rude way to wake up and deal with someone unreasonable and unprofessional!! And still no coffee :(

My husband likes a skinny London Fog made with Royal English Breakfast tea rather than their standard Earl Gray. It is a rarity to get one made correctly and this Starbucks nailed it! Too bad we were just passing through on our way home to AZ! Thank you!

This is one of the strangest Starbucks I have ever been to. It does not seem to follow the typical model.
First of all there is no outdoor seating and no public bathroom. It seems to mostly cater to drive through.
Second the service was pretty bad. We only saw two people working. We ordered a brewed coffee and a frappe and a cup of ice water. They ignored our request for water and the drinks took about 10 minutes to prepare. Overall grumpy attitudes from the workers.
On a positive note the coffee still tasted like Sbux.

All the workers that helped me in my one drink order were so rude it’s ridiculous that have two jobs smile and make drinks don’t put on a rude face at expect people to be nice to you. It’s sad that you make your little life so miserable
