We came to Starbucks through the drive thru and ordered some drinks & tipped. Our drink was made incorrectly so we politely went up and asked for it to be remade. The guy working the drive thru and who opened the window when we got out was extremely rude. He was wearing a green beanie and a flannel. He rolled his eyes and told us we were wrong and grabbed the drink aggressively from my hand and threw it in the sink. He slammed the window and then my drink was purposely left on the counter for a while. When they made it again it was still made incorrectly. We left it at that but the guy that works Friday nights should not be working in customer service.

The new older man (who I’m assuming is the new store manager) is very rude and odd. He continued a conversation with the other associates while handing me my drinks, and never acknowledged me. He didn’t say one single word to me, just stared and listened to the staff. Then he immediately turned his back to continue his conversation even though I needed to ask him something. I had to raise my voice to get his attention and he still just looked at me without saying anything. The rest of the staff is usually really friendly and smiling. I’m not asking for special treatment, just consistency in the experience. If he was my boss, I’d be extremely unmotivated to come to work. This is the guy you’ve chosen to pay the highest salary to and who’s supposed to be an example for everyone else? What a joke. A perfect example of poor upper management and “do as I say, not as I do.” It’s no wonder all Santa Fe Starbucks locations are now always hiring new store managers.

I constantly go to this Starbucks because it’s the closest drive through. So not worth it. Every time I order an iced matcha latte it’s pale and tastes like nothing. Why did I spend $7 for a cup of oat milk? Sometimes they do it right so when I ask for an extra scoop it’s too much. Once I brought it up and the employee told me sometimes they use the wrong sized scoop.

This is by far the best Starbucks in Santa Fe. They are always generous, professional, kind and always make my coffee and food perfect. The people here are normal their not weird like the other locations. Keep up the great work!!!!

Received tea with the leaves floating all in the cup and when I returned to the store to have it re-made with a proper un damaged tea bag they were RUDE and unhelpful.

Today on Christmas at 9 52 Am. The not so nice women running the drive through never came on the intercom. I sat there for 2 whole songs and I noticed the sign to go to the window for further assistance. I said hello several times before pulling up to the window. This women went to hand me a drinks and I said those are not mine I actually need to order. And she rolled her eyes and very rude tone said " oh so you didn't order at the box ?" And as I was starting to explain why I pulled up she huffed and said " I can't here you " and then cut me off again and said " well what do you want ?" I ordered my first drink - again cuts me off and I repeat it. She turns to the crew and says " okay I need this on the fly ON THE FLY" I ordered my second one same deal. And then I tried to order a pup cup and she kept talking over me saying I don't know what your saying and tells me my total and snatched the card reader from my hand rolls her eyes because I obviously was not leaving a tip. She kept talking to the crew about how im the problem customer.My coworkers always recommend this location , I honestly do not drink Starbucks but my family does and I drove out to treat them. That was beyond the worst experience ever.Hopefully management handles this correctly with the women who was at the drive thur window today on Christmas as 952 AM.

Had an absolutely amazing visit as a guest. Upon authorization for payment I noticed one of the drinks was wrong due to miscommunication and the staff handled perfectly. My daughter was thankful that the staff upgraded the size and said that Barista Amanda made her the best Chai she’s ever tasted. Truly a phenomenal experience and created a wholesome memory.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just went through the drive through. A landscaper was using a leaf blower that was so loud we couldn’t use the speaker so we drove to the window. We wanted one of the cold brews - the middle one of the three on the menu. The guy just looked at us and said I don’t know which one that is. Couldn’t be bothered to even look at the menu. My husband questioned the service and told him how frustrating it is for him not to help. He just smirked and said “hey man, you need to lean back”. What a smarty pants and he appeared happy to not take the order.
