Ordered a venti caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. Was charged extra for the caramel but the guy barely put any in. Also was rude. Customer service was definitely lacking.

We were on vacation in Santa Fe and stopped in the Smith store to get a Starbucks coffee. A young boy working in the Starbucks named Malik made us a fresh pot of coffee. He was very professional and super helpful. We appreciate his excellent customer service.
