First time at this location, but a daily Starbucks customer at other locations in Santa Fe. My 15-year-old daughter and I ordered our favorite drinks, a Caramel Macchiato and a Pumpkin Spiced Cream Chai. Not only were these the best Starbucks drinks we've had in 10+ years of our daily visits to Starbucks, but we also had the nicest Barista named Isaiah! He was patient, kind, and made awesome drinks! I used to work at Starbucks so when I asked for a Quintuple Expresso with ice and sweet vanilla cold cream I thought it would be easy to make. Each purchase of cold cream calls for 100ml of cream. I asked for 400ml, ice and five shots. The barista gave me too little cream and when I asked for more he told me he would have to charge me for a latte. He also diligently fed on his food with no gloves in the middle of all of this. I also asked for a second cup because I drive a bike and need my cup thicker so it doesn’t fold on itself. He told me no and gave me a very small cup. I don’t appreciate this customer service, how hard is it to smile make a drink and say bye.

Usually great service during the week, the weekend however lacks hustle and customer service. You will be standing in line for 20 mins just to get your order taken muchless actually get your drink in a timely fashion.
The people here at Starbucks are extremely friendly and quick to get orders out. I absolutely love the London Fogs and Pink Drinks. I’ve never been a coffee fan but they have so many selections for those who don’t like coffee. This Starbucks even stays open later than most Starbucks! I definitely recommend going to this location when you have the opportunity. Thanks for the great service, Starbucks!
