Even on busy days, they take the time to help customers, offering exceptional service and resolving issues with a smile. Recently, some customers experienced delays and misunderstandings, especially with orders being ready or placed in the drive-through instead of pickup. Despite these issues, staff remained polite and understanding, often greeting customers warmly and providing good service. The cozy waiting area allows customers to enjoy their drinks on-site when available, and the staff are attentive to customer needs, even during busy times or inclement weather. Sadly, inside seating is no longer available, but the service continues to be friendly and welcoming.
