My issue with this location is they closed early. We pulled up to the drive through at 7:59 pm. The store hours listed online show they are open till 8:30 pm the employee explained they were closed. When I challenged her she explained that they closed a long time ago and have already cleaned their equipment. Change your hours so customers dont waste their time.

First time I’ve ever written a bad review. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of their employees here have terrible attitudes and it makes me feel bad for daring to order there. Half of the other Starbucks in Santa Fe are better than this specific one. There’s a reason it’s not even rated 4 stars.

Waited 20 mintues in drive thru. Literally one car in front of me and they ordered one drink. I ordered one drink. Never waited so long ever. At least my pumpkin spice Chai is amazing! Not worth the 20 minute wait but definitely helped my craving.

I find that I keep reviewing the same qualities that appeal to me which are A friendly staff. This place is so good to me they always welcome me in and they remember what drinks I like and the service is pretty darn good considering they get so busy sometimes. The food is just Starbucks food and it's fine if you need a snack but you know we go there for the caffeine.

Sofia (or Sophia - not positive) was extra kind and helpful today. I had a beyond stressful morning and sent my drink to the wrong Starbucks. She made it here without hesitation. This is my local Starbucks and they are kind, fast, and always make the drink right. Thanks team!! 🙏
