Was given a "short" size coffee instead of a tall. There is a difference between 8 oz and 12 oz. She argued with me. Refused to give me the correct size after she charged me for a tall.

We got welcomed with the typical girls you see in the high school movies with really bad attitudes. We ordered 3 items, and they took around 20 minutes to complete because all they did was talk they also got a tv that "tracks" your order, but even when it finished
They weren't even halfway done so have fun with getting a simple order 😑
Kid-friendliness: Place is very shady. I don't recommend try to go to another place or just don't go.

We got a sassy lady who gives out an attitude, and I can believe I'm saying this, but they overcooked the croissant, and when we got in the bag, all the chocolate was in the bag and not in the croissant I don't know bout you guy but I prefer my chocolate IN my croissant

Bad attitude on the part of the employee. I think that if she had a bad day, she doesn't have to take it out on the customers. A very rude girl.

I have never encountered problems at this Starbucks, until today said my order was ready and get there it's not. Ok I understand we are all busy I leave come back order still not there. A gentleman asked me my name and I told him he went to make my order and he did my bread. But I didn't appreciate was the attitude it was not my fault my order got put in the drive through when I had it as. Pick up. I did thank them and no knowledge what so ever from none of them.

This place is the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. Ridiculously slow. Ordered ahead on the app 10 minutes before arrivung and have still been waiting over 30 minutes for our ordered after arriving. Most ridiculous service ever.

I ordered a venti pumpkin cream chai latte. Only half of the cup was filled with the drink, the rest was cold foam with at least two inches of empty space at the top. This was not worth the money I spent on it and I was very dissatisfied. I will not be returning to this location.

They recently changed their environment to drive thru and their indoor service is horrible. They helped several cars (that had arrived after me) before helping indoor customers. They now have two tables and several chairs.

Passing through town on a road trip. This is the most chaotic Starbucks I’ve ever seen. They were out of everything, mobile orders not even looked at for 20 min after placing (and you have to inquire about them to get them to look at them). I watched them have to remake several orders because they were supposed to be hot or vice versa. Or they needed to sub americanos for cold brew or iced coffee (which they were out of). Out of straws, etc. My drink was terrible. Starbucks needs to look at this store. This one is not inline with most stores. If I lived in Santa Fe, I would switch coffee shops if I had to deal with this regularly.

When drove here I didn’t realize it was a pickup only! Though, there were 2 tables in the small waiting area and I snagged one and ate it there.
It took a little longer than I expected to get my order, but I think they had to make the iced coffee. Otherwise it was fine!

There is no place to relax here anymore. The whole place has an uninviting feel to it now. The brewed coffee I purchased tastes like dishwater. Avoid this place and go somewhere that wants your business.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The employees, including one young male employee with facial hair in particular, need an attitude adjustment in the way they treat customers. Snide remarks after I check if my drink is non-dairy because I have an allergy are not appreciated. The person taking the order had to be re-told it 4+ times because it was obvious that he had zero training, so I wasn't sure if my order went through correctly. Every other Starbucks in Santa Fe, especially at the Albertsons around town, have lovely employees who know what they're doing and treat other humans with respect and kindness. Not to mention, this Starbucks is a pigsty. All the coffee bars and counters (from what I could see in front of the cashier) were a total mess with food-stuffs, crumbs, trash, filters, machine parts, etc. strewn about. It looked completely unsanitary. I miss going to this location before the remodel.

I don’t know what kind of wannabe social media influencers you guys hire but their customer service is not cutting it. I have never in my life seen a Starbucks employee throw her apron and speak the way she does to customers waiting in line. Maybe you need more training or new employees but whatever it is it is inexcusable.
