I am beyond irritated with my experience today. I bought my coffee online through the app, paid for it, and selected in-store pickup, which it allowed me to do. I got to the store only to realize that the inside was closed. After waiting in the drive through line for close to 10 minutes (it wasn’t really moving), I HAD to get back to work. There’s $5.00 I’ll never see again! So frustrating to spend money on a product I didn’t receive.
Never coming back here again! I ordered a Carmel Frap with Extra Carmel drizzle the Frap tasted super burnt and unsweetened nothing like a Carmel Frap. I called to ask if it could be remade and the lady told me “What do you want me to do about it” and on top of that she told me “If you really want it remade that bad it’s gonna be an hour wait” honestly couldn’t believe that she spoke to me like that what customer service. I know they were super busy but the frap was undrinkable. For me to be spending $7-$8 on a Frap I want it made right.

I ordered an iced flat white with oat milk and it comes out not mixed? Do they expect me to mix it myself? So strange.
Also? My initial order tasted like straight oat milk and when I came back in to ask them to remake it, I heard them ask how many shots were in it (4), and they apparently didn’t put 4 in my initial cup. This Starbucks sucks

I waited in the drive thru for a long time. Then they get on the speaker and say “sorry, our system just crashed, we can’t serve you”.
There is always something wrong at this location. It’s too bad because some of the baristas are really nice.

The lady that was working on Sunday, Dec 1, at 2 pm. is RUDE! We ordered coffees online for inside pickup. It was 2:03 when my husband and daughter walked in. After waiting and waiting, my husband asked if they were almost ready and the lady was super snarky and said they werent even that far behind on making drinks and shes "sorry for his 22 minute wait so far". I was sitting in the parking lot watching car after car go through the drive-through while my husband was still inside waiting for our drinks. At 2:35, we finally got our drinks. That is an issue! We will not be back. Rude and slow service!!!!!
And Starbucks, DO NOT reply with an automated response. I told you what the problem is. I'm not taking the time to email on how you can do better. Review all the other reviews, and everyone is saying the same thing. Get new people who have customer service skills.

Showed up at 5:30 when the Starbucks says they open. Went up to the door and it was locked, the two girls working in the morning just sat there and laughed at me, went around through the drive through and with 26 minutes for a black coffee with nothing in it, finally got in the lobby to try and use the bathroom but there was no toilet paper in either bathroom and they wouldn’t go and grab me some more. It’s absolute BS that they have employees working like this. Unacceptable behavior and will NOT be coming back to this one. And Starbucks you should be better than just giving a dumbass automatic response to these. There are so many bad reviews on this place and they are ALL SIMILAR TO MY EXPERIENCE.

Some red-headed kid and two girls sound like they had an attitude with me, I asked them for the bathroom code and after that they literally served everybody that came in after me ,before me.
It was very awkward the line through the drive-thru was completely gone and they got everybody out before they got myself out and I just felt like the judge me for some reason and treated me like they didn't want me there. I got my $9 coffee finally after everybody was taken care of.
The service here is mind-boggling. I waited at the counter to order for several minutes, while making eye contact several times with the girl who was stocking the pastry case (there were also several others who could have helped me). Mind you, this was around 6am, so NO ONE else was in the store and only one person in the drive-thru. I had to ask if someone could help me and the response was "yeah, give me a moment." I needed up just ordering through the app, which is what I'll do from here on out. Whoever manages this store, please get your staff in check and take notes from the Starbucks off of St Michaels- FAR superior.

waited at the counter for 20 minutes while nobody even looked our direction. after she finally comes up to take our order she tells us it’ll be another 20 minutes before it will possibly be ready… why can’t you say that when i walked in?? degenerate employees who have zero customer service skills
