This store was awful! It was a 25+ minute wait in the drive-through, no one was at the window, this drive-through is a joke.

Usually happy with my service here but today no one had themselves together. Waited for my latte for several minutes while multiple employees searched for missing orders. Watched a car that pulled into a long drive through line as I left my car get done before me. Finally left without my drink because I ran out of time to wait.

We walked in for expensive coffee. There were 7 employees doing nothing but milling around. We waited for 15 min for them to even start making our coffee! Additionally treated very rude at counter by Sam. Not sure how employees understand that money is made for their paychecks other than the customer! Customer service was dismal at this location

Took a while to get my drink, but the service was amazing. All the baristas were positive and kept me updated the whole time.

Easily the slowest and worst designed Starbucks I have ever been to. How they are this understaffed at peak time on a Saturday blows my mind. Going on 40 mins stuck in a drive through, and once you are in, there’s also no place to pull out and drive away. You are literally trapped. I hate this design. Do not come here if you have anything to get to afterwards. Or if you value your time.
I orders a caramel macchiato with FOUR SHOTS and it tasted terrible like gas station stale coffee and watered down… never again will I order from this Starbucks .

Arrived at 6:45 to find the drive thru blocked off by the employees vehicles. Lots of people socializing behind and around the counters. Will not be back

According to the website it closed at 8pm, most places stay open until their closing time. It’s 7:15 pm and this is how they have their drive through.

When I take my granddaughter to school a trip by Starbucks is essential. Frappuccino, potato bites, and now a Pumpkin Spice latte for me. Always quick and delicious 😊

Coolest people, and vibe, and playlist! However, it really took too long to get our drinks out. Like 7-10 min too long.

I have been to Starbucks from Manhattan, NYC to Fairbanks, Alaska and even in other countries and this one is probably the most frustrating I have encountered. Let me first say, the staff is ALWAYS lovely. The staff seems to work hard. The store and the bathrooms are clean. Even when they are slammed the people are always pleasant and friendly. But this store could do with a visit from another location to help it get it's stuff together more. Their times for the drive thru are non existent, they just either ignore them or have given up completely. They run out of things more often than seems usual for other locations I have patronized, they do not pay attention to the instructions on the orders as much as they should so orders are sometimes wrong, they will let you sit, and sit, and sit, and sit at the window with the online order you placed 30 minutes ago is ready and waiting on the counter while they continue to do other things, and they seem to routinely turn off mobile ordering because they are overwhelmed. I understand that this store is busy, but it's not any busier than many of the others I have been a regular at and I think they might benefit from having a consultant come help them get better organized, and/or more staff. And, this store has been consistently lagging for years, it isn't a new thing. I've started avoiding it even though it is closest to me because I have to build in so much extra time to get where I'm going if they are backed up. They have potential, but for the past four years or so they have just not been able to run a tight ship.
