An excellent variety of fresh fish that was superbly presented. I especially enjoyed the Ikura with quail egg, the ama ebi, the uni, and the toro. This was my first time experiencing Chef Sara. She was as pleasant and charming as she was talented. Marci and I will definitely return!!!
The entire experience was excellent. The attention are server gave was exquisite. THe interaction with Sara the chefwas pleasant and very informative. Felt like we were they only people there/
The new sushi chef has truly made the menu her own, and it is a clear step up from what it was the last time I dined at Su. The chirashi donburi was perfectly balanced and a real delight.
