Our waiter, Margarita, and our food we're both amazing. We ordered the four course meal along with saki drinks and wine—all were excellent. I almost don't want to write about it because it is a hidden gem at the back of El Nido in Tesuque.
Fantastic dining experience! Who would have thought such delicious sushi 🍱 🍣 could be found on the outskirts of Santa Fe in Tesuque Pueblo? I enjoyed the amuse-bouche offered by the sushi chef along with The Zozobra, The Hamachi Spice, The Crawfish Wontons, and The Uni (Sea Urchin). When I went to pay the chef a compliment, she made me a Spanish Mackerel roll to test-try and flame seared it right in front of me.
An excellent variety of fresh fish that was superbly presented. I especially enjoyed the Ikura with quail egg, the ama ebi, the uni, and the toro. This was my first time experiencing Chef Sara. She was as pleasant and charming as she was talented. Marci and I will definitely return!!!
