Made an online order at 2:05pm. The Subway app notified me my order was ready at 2:25pm but I arrived at 2:20pm. My order wasn’t ready and there were three people in line. All those customers were taken care of, second employee went to take care of side tasks while the other employee was tending to the front by organizing the small items in the counter. A total of 11 customers received their order before mine by the time I left. didn’t receive mine until 2:42pm and my half hour lunch was wasted. Location needs to improve their mobile app order process or else there’s 0 point in ordering ahead of time.

Man the man with the earing at 1245 pm on Sunday may 4 2025 right now saw me a black person and got aggressive slamming things before he even spoke to us then got extremely rude because we asked to order . So we left. Its pretty sad we were visiting the town for the day. Be careful stopping here for food.

This restaurant has amazing women working there. My husband and I got a turkey avocado wrap and the worker named Debbie made our wrap and it look like the one on the picture. They are professional and friendly. Thank you Debbie and Kathy you both are amazing women.

Worker cut my six inch to 5.1inch and i asked him to recut one to be 6 inches, and then they gave me stale, hard bread, they ended up giving me a softer one but it was still stale.
I placed my order on the app. Not only did they get my sandwiches wrong. They did not put sauce on either one when I requested two kinds of sauce in each sandwich. The bread came completely wrong I ordered the cheese and herb and got plain bread. They did not put my jalapenos it's like they made the sandwich as is without sauce The only thing they didn't forget to add was my spinach. When I got in the kid had to ask my name multiple times while looking at the bag and the only order on the counter. For it being 8:00 in the evening that same boy did not know what the soup of the day was and didn't know what broccoli cheddar's soup was either and even had to ask the other person working. He didn't seem new he just seemed very altered (high). First Subway to ever do that much wrong to an order I placed. I'll go to the one out of town instead of the one closer to my work next time.

There was a teen who started my order. He didn't listen to what I wanted. I asked fir toasted bread and he put the sanchwich in closed. I asked him to open it so cheese could melt and breat get toasted. He got an attitude. When I got next teenager I had a $20 bill. She said "they didn't give her cash" so I was for forced to use card. Horrible service, vegetable was wilted and freeze burns. Never again ?
