This was by far the rudest employee I‘ve ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. It started with „what do you want“ and went downhill from there - The music was so loud that we were yelling at each other and her asking multiple times to get the correct veggies after she had already grabbed the wrong bread which was hidden from view by the open lids. The amount of demonstrated visible distain for her job is just crazy - don’t work in customer service if you can’t muster a “Hallo” or “thank you and please”!

Very poor service you could hear her on her phone in the back and customers waiting finally came out and gave everyone a rude look so I just left

Place was a bit grungy. It does have lots of space and tables though we were the only customers. I had to find something that they had the makings for as they had no cheddar cheese sauce. They were also out of black olives. I am not a fan of the new wrap.

We went to Peco's and stopped here for lunch.1 young male was working.Not talking .So we told him our order. Vegetables we old.He made 1 sandwich then put ALOT of mustard and mayonnaise on it.We order a pepperoni pizza.It was not cooked all the way. Pepperonis were burnt.Ordered 1cookie they were old. This has to be the worst subway in New Mexico.Need's to be SHUT DOWN.We ended up throwing our food away and going to McDonalds..Also when I paid him he ask me if I wanted my change.I thought maybe he didnt have enough change to give me so I told him no I dont need my change.This Subway need's ALOT OF HELP.

Don’t even waste your time here. They are super unprofessional. The workers are super slow and rude. If you place and order online they never have it ready when you arrive. I am officially done eating at this location. Horrible service!!!

Careless worker and veggies were not fresh. When I walked in, no one was around. After a few minutes, a young employee came out from the back. He placed spinach that was blatantly shriveled, dark, and slimy on my sub as well as tomatoes that had chunks of ice attached to them. He put an insane amount of mayo on too, making my sandwich soggy (or maybe it was the tomatoes defrosting). Though I didn't use it, the lettuce was browning as well.

The lights are all left off inside.
My bacon was never warmed.
He took my Cali bowl to the back to find saran wrap, no lid, and I no longer could see what he was doing with my food.
He never made eye contact.
Mumbled under his breath.
Wore an ear bud in, I guess he has personal music needs.
Never heard a single thank you out of him, even though I started offering him a few, and then stopped myself too.
Not an inviting environment.

If I get an acknowledgement that this feedback went somewhere then I'll take it down to not further hurt your ratings, just coach him please.

Walked up to the front door during business hours, sign says open and everything. Door was locked and staff was literally sitting in a booth. It was like I didn’t exist. With other Subways available in town avoid this one at all cost.

The produce and cheese looked very old. The pepper jack was dry around the edges and discolored. The shredded lettuce you could tell was old. Limp, reddish is color on the edges. Very poor quality. You can tell this franchisee does not meet the standards. Obviously whatever franchisor rep that is supposed to watch quality is MIA.

This wasn’t the most pleasant experience I’ve had at Subway. There was a kid working the food line by himself; there didn’t seem to be much urgency on his part with the long line that formed. Customer service was lacking, no greeting or hello. Originally I had asked for a foot long tuna; they were out of tuna. I then asked for the chicken and bacon ranch, warmed up. The sandwich wasn’t even heated to a luke warm temperature. They had no tomatoes, no pickles, and were out of provolone cheese. There were countless other items they were either out of or were low on. Seems to be a poor run franchise location in my opinion. I’d avoid this location and go to a nearby one.
