Sunrise Family Restaurant is a real deal diner. AMAZING breakfast, friendly service and atmosphere that makes you feel like you've been eating there all your life. We had the chicken fried steak with eggs, waffle, huevos rancheros and an omelet. Everyone loved it and left full (with left overs). And the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back next time we're in Santa Fe, for breakfast AND lunch!

Went to Sunrise for the first time this week and was pleasant surprised by how good it was. It definitely has the “local diner” vibe and the crowd is definitely Santa Fe local. I ordered the chicken fried with white gravy. The breading on the steak was seasoned well and the gravy complimented. The mashed potatoes could use some more salt and pepper, but the vegetables were fine.Parking: The parking lot is pretty small, a lot of people park on the street by Sonic.

Delicious breakfast. I got a bacon avocado omelette with potatoes and my daughter had a 3 meat with hash browns. It was all delicious. Bacon avocado omelette had bacon and avocado inside as well as on top. Potatoes were delicious. Toast was generic and kind of barely toasted but it was still good. Coffee was good and so was the orange juice. Great local place for breakfast. Coffee was constantly refilled without ever getting empty. Would come here again.
