Not sure why it has the word express in its name, because this food truck is super SLOW.

Had the Chicken Pad Thai and it did not disappoint! The serving size was big and well worth the price. The food was delicious and flavorful. I really enjoyed it and I loved the young man that took my order. He was such a pro! I will definitely be coming back

The food is tasty, inexpensive, and the portions generous. I advise calling your order in ahead of time so it will be ready for you when you arrive, as pretty much everything is made from scratch. I haven't tried everything on the menu but I have like what I have tried so far.

We had the delicious Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Drunken Noodles! You’re given a lot of food, and the taste is so rich. We also shared our plates with our 15 month old (we got the mild/no-spice options) and she loved them as well. The potstickers were delicious and crispy, with good flavor on the inside. My wife really enjoyed the amount of vegetables and basil leaves in her Drunken Noodles. Will definitely go back!

Finally found what I’m looking for. I moved to Santa Fe from Minnesota where I was spoiled with amazing Thai food and has resigned myself to not getting it here. I’m kicking myself for not trying Sweet Rice sooner after driving past it hundreds of times. I got the Pad See Ew and it was the perfect mix of salty and tangy, with fresh vegetables, amazing flavor, and served very hot. Definitely going to be a new staple for me in Santa Fe.

First time buying from here. I bought Pad See Ew and it was one of the very best I’ve ever had. Lots of veggies and seasoned just right. I asked for the chicken and it was perfect. I’ll be going back!!

The best pad thai! There is another thai place that was my fav in town but it's crazy expensive and this place makes it fresh, uses quality ingredients, is authentic, the portions are giant and even better than the place I was going to! Will be back!
Also the owner's son was serenading with some lovely ukulele music and giving out organic apples he picked
Wonderful family business ❤️

We are in from out of town & wanted to change it up for dinner. What a great pick on our part! The owners are wonderful but the food is amazing! This is a must try if you enjoy Thai food! ???

I would have added a photo but as soon as we tasted it we could not stop eating.

The food was cooked fresh, full of veggies, and not too salty. My new go-to Thai place!

Sweet Rice Asian Express is one of my favorite food trucks in Santa Fe. The owner is very sweet. She used the freshest ingredients and made sure each dish was done the right way. I HIGHLY recommend the Pad See Ew and Fried Rice. They were so delicious!

Finally got to order two dishes to go as there is no shade or place to eat there. Delicious noodles, flat and wide. Sauce on Drunken noodles was sweet and savory. Plenty of shrimp or chicken added. I am missing the coconut curry, basil and lemongrass often associated with Thai food. This was closer to a Chinese mix. Oh well. Delicious in any case.
