I recently had the pleasure of finding this food truck, specializing in Tijuana style tacos, and I must say, they were absolutely delicious! The variety of flavors and textures in these tacos was a true treat. The guy taking my order was really friendly as well, explaining a bit of the prep and ingredients of each type.

The carne asada, fish, shrimp, and birria (marinated shredded beef) all exceeded my expectations. Each taco had its own unique flavor profile, and the combination ingredients made them really great.

This is a standout place in Santa Fe.
If you're a taco lover like me, I highly recommend trying these Tijuana style tacos. An order of 4 tacos with all add ons cost $13.
