I've tried several times to get dinner here. They've never once been open during their advertised hours.

Great Thai food at a good price for Santa Fe. We love this place. They get a bit busy so order your food to go 1.5 hours before you want it. The portions are good sized and the flavors a really good. Remember Thai food gets it flavor from the amount of ‘spice’ you get. I would not order less spiciness than medium so that the flavor is still pronounced.

Amazing dishes here. Quick and easy yet artistic and full of flavor. I don't mind waiting when I have to, the food you're given is plenty to make up for time.

Thai Bistro is clean, fresh, and delicious. The drunken noodles, Tom yum, red curry, and vegetable spring rolls were incredible and so flavorful. Grateful to have this restaurant in the area.

This place is incredible! So clean and the ingredients are all fresh (they are on display). I haven't had Thai this good in either Houston or Dallas (and arguably Austin as well). My only gripe is that I wish it was in Santa Fe so I could get take out multiple times a week. The Tom yum, drunken noodles, red curry, and vegetable egg rolls are all so incredible. So grateful to have this restaurant here!

Food was excellent. Service was a little slow but did not detract from the experience.

Seemed like a nice family owned restaurant. I am sure the locals of El Dorado very much appreciate its existence. Let’s start out by saying I was hungry. Anything should have tasted good. I ordered Pad Thai with vegetables., rather than tofu or meat options. Thinking bummer no protein at least I will get lots of vegetables. Wrong. I had to leave, drive as fast as I could to get back to Santa Fe to cook broccoli and mushrooms to make this dish a nourishing meal. There were slivers of carrots and some green slivers not a serving of vegetables. To be honest I do like a lot of vegetables, so at least give me a modest serving not slivers.

I went due to the high and favorable ratings and was disappointed. Restaurant staff was not friendly at all.I ordered Tom Kha (coconut soup) but was given the Tom Yum (lemongrass soup). The Tom Yum was tasteless with tiny bits of lemongrass a 2 star rated dish. I did not want to tell the staff about the wrong soup as they didn't seem happy to be serving anyone. My partner said next time we can try the Tom Kha, but for me and this restaurant there will be no next time. I also ordered Pa Nang red curry with shrimp. Very small serving and sweet with very little peppers and mushrooms.I called before arriving to see what their covid seating was and was informed that it would be take out containers but there was seating available. I sat outside in a sad looking outdoor seating area and even though it is summer time all the flower boxes were empty. No effort or pride taken to make the outdoor seating area inviting or presentable.I gave the Thai food a 3 star rating and it's more accurately a 2+ stars. Its my opinion that if you have had Thai food before this one is far from anything good. If you like just okay Thai food, you should be very pleased. My meal cost just under $30 and I can't recommend this place to my friends and would not return. I am baffled at the 4+ stars rating on Google.

Great food. Friendly people. Worth going to if in the area. It's less than 10 minutes from the Amtrak station.

We ordered take-out. We should have checked every box upon pick up, but we didn't. One dinner was missing, and the 2 orders of pot stickers were burned. We live 30 minutes away, so we didn't call back. 4 out of 5 of us were pretty disappointed with our meals -greasy and little to no spice or even flavor, even though we had all ordered medium spicy.

By a long shot the best Thai in the Santa Fe area. Really fast togo orders and super friendly staff. Also one of the best Thai iced tea I've ever had.

Arrived just before 6:30 to place an order (they close at 7). Told they’re not accepting any more orders that evening. Seriously? Sorry I troubled you by arriving during your stated business hours. Won’t return.

Her red curry is at the top of my list, right on the level of Tasty Food To Go (Thai, Laotian and Cambodian fusion on 10th street Long Beach CA)5 stars Nam!!!!
