We dined here before the new chef and team took over from another of our favorite Santa Fe restaurants. The new team has brought new life to the entire experience. Everything was top notch. We will be back for sure.
Absolutely fantastic! Service, room, food and drink. With new chef we will be back many times.
Chef Cristian did a superb job Friday evening with special antipasti of grilled shrimp with tomato and onions; sautéed mushrooms, an array of prosciutto, salami, burrata and grilled artichoke hearts and a basket of aasorted breads. The Caesar salad was incredible as were the Ravioli, fettuccini and lamb loin. The affogato was also terrific. The young wait staff was trying but a little inexperienced.
We love this restaurant! The ambiance is lovely, service was great and the food was amazing. We especially loved the fish (branzino and sea bass) and the pasta (fettuccine with smoked salmon). It's now one of our go-to spots in Santa Fe.
Food was excellent and wine sommelier very knowledgeable and helpful. But the prices on the bottles of wine were inflated about 4 times the retail price in a wine store! A little exorbitant. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
We were really pleased with our meals. Very artistically presented and delicious. Our table was a bit meh. Prefer a perimeter banquette vs our center freestanding four top.
The ambiance is great, the menus were limited and the overall service was poor. Overall we were disappointed in the experience. We certainly expected more from our dining experience.
The food and wine were great. I observed several staff members needing support and I witnessed frustration in interactions. .
The restaurant was not as good with getting the food out as usual. I had to stop the manger about the time that we had been waiting and other tables that were seated a while after us received their food. The manager never came back to our table to give an update and didn't seem interested.
The food was excellent. Live the way the food was presented as well. The service staff was attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our dinner at The Inn at Anasazi was wonderful as usual. We were seated right away; and the service, food, and drink were all superb. My friend had the lamb, and she loved it. I had the deconstructed Caesar salad and the Tuna Poke, and everything was just great. We were headed to the Opera so coudn't linger, but next time . . .
Went on a Monday night and it was quiet. Wonderful service and very good Caesar salad, excellent sea bass and very good deconstructed s'more.
If you want to be able to converse without raising your voice, this is the place. Lovely decor and surroundings, attentive service, and tasty food - all contributed to a very relaxed and enjoyable lunch for four.
Anasazi Restaurant in Santa Fe delivered an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was warm and elegant, blending Southwestern charm with upscale sophistication. The meal was exceptional—every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. What truly set the evening apart was our server, Robert. His professionalism, attentiveness, and thoughtful recommendations made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. From start to finish, everything was seamless and memorable. Anasazi is a true gem, and Robert’s service elevated it even further. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a refined, flavorful, and gracious experience. Five stars, without hesitation.

Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection. From the Jamon Serrano with figs appetizer and the Ceasar salad, to Spaghetti and meatballs. The wine, the whiskey bread pudding all divine. The service was excellent. We felt well cared for. Chef Cristian is the best!
