The Burrito Company offers cute sidewalk seating — the perfect place to take a break during a walk around Santa Fe’s historic plaza. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is plentiful. Not the hottest green-chile fare, but it’s tasty and filling. A satisfying lunch stop!

Experiencing computer problems. Staff seemed to be disorganized and flustered. Waited 10 minutes for salad dressing. Alot of traffic noise. Waitress nice but system and service not good.

Great, but the weekday crew will lose your online order (twice now), so probably better to go somewhere else. Good black beans for when ordering on the weekend though!

We went for the new happy hour on the patio of the Burrito Company. The service was excellent, friendly & caring staff. The entree, happy hour appetizers & drinks were fantastic!! The cocktail options were so diverse and flavorful. Highly recommend the El Sancho & the house Margarita ✨ the tortilla soup is delicious and unique with new flavors, loaded with veggies. Loved it!! The Carne Asada Tampiquenia entree was out of this world. The steak was better than one from a steakhouse!! The enchilada with it was unique and full of flavor. The Burrito Co. has always been a delicious spot for lunch but now with their new menus and beautiful renovations elevate your whole dining experience. The prices are more than reasonable & the best bang for your buck in downtown SF.

Absolutely ridiculous. Server was terrible and we waited for a long time to get drinks and food. We were at this place for 2 hours and still didn't get a box for my food and had to go inside to pay because the service was terrible. Yes they gave us a discount, but it wasn't worth our last night in santa fe on vacation.

So New Mexico! The decor, the dishes, the service! I had Huevos Rancheros and a tall glass of iced Horchata, sprinkled with cinnamon. Wow! The eggs were smothered in chili, the beans were not refried but New Mexico style plain beans, the rice was perfecto! And the Horchata was the best I've ever had, anywhere!
Update: The next day I came back to get some of that great Horchata, and they were out! So, they don't always make it, good luck.

Horrible service. We waited for 20 plus minutes, someone finally took our order. Another while later still hadn’t even received drinks. We ended up just walking out.
We were coming for my baby girl’s birthday and sitting there with 2 thirsty kids was not it. We never received anything and the whole time got to listen to the table behind us talking about insanely disgusting adult topics and profanity. We had two children there. How disgusting.
And that table got refills quicker than we even got drinks.
The waitress had a horrible attitude and was complaining about her job.
As a Santa Fe native, I’m disgusted. We came from out of town. I thought I was gonna show my baby a good dinner here and got treated like ghosts in a restaurant.
We obviously took our business elsewhere and got our baby the birthday dinner she deserved!

Unfortunately I am not sure if I trust reviews for this place. The food was ok nothing really especial but the service was really bad. Had to ask 4 times for glass of water till you get it. They were out of any special or IPAs which is unusual. Food came very late with small portions. The place needs some upgrade at least replacing torn chairs. I am not sure why we charged 20% for such a poor service.

One of our favorite places to stop and have lunch in santa fe, some of the best French fries in town. If you order them extra crispy, their chicken, green chili, and cheese burrito is our favorite Make sure to ask them to throw it on the grill. And for some reason, they're Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola always taste amazing as well. I think it's the way they calibrate their machines They aren't cheap on the syrup so you don't get any of that nasty carbonated Brown water in your cup. If you know what I mean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is always well kept and clean bathrooms. Never smell bad. Everything is always really well. Maintained, it's a family business and has been owned by the family for years.Which is nice to know, their family came from humble beginnings and hard working good family ethics, and I feel like it's important to continue to support locally owned businesses in santa fe, the artwork inside is really beautiful. The big the mural on the wall on the left hand side of the restaurant is gorgeous. All of their plants make it a welcoming area to sit near the bar, and plenty of beautiful windows for lots of natural light. The staff are friendly and full of smiles. And if you have any questions, they are eagerly wicked. I'm waiting to answer and make sure you get exactly what you need.
