The Compound Reviews
Excellent service and food in a lovely setting. Superb wine list too!
I’m sure you remember us.
We had requested the Rainbow room and at first you tried to sit us next to the kitchen…ugh We waited for another table but it really wasn’t much better.

Cocktails are delicious, Bartender is on top of his game, the bar was a great place to be!! We had a great aperitif time, no vegan food options though. Hopefully soon!

The Compound offers a delightful dining experience in Santa Fe, known for its exceptional culinary artistry. The menu showcases the freshest locally-sourced ingredients, crafted into a symphony of flavors that delight the palate. Highlights include scallops, beef tenderloin, and dishes such as the asparagus soup and opera cake, which receive mixed reviews.
The restaurant's cozy upscale atmosphere and Southwestern hospitality attract many locals, though the service can be inconsistent at times. The drinks, like the Cosmopolitan and gin martini, can vary in quality, but the cocktails and wine list are praised.
Despite occasional service issues, The Compound provides a pleasant experience, especially for larger groups, with friendly servers and delicious dishes like the fish, lamb, and chicken with truffles. While there are other equivalent options in Santa Fe, The Compound offers a wonderful combination of culinary innovation and Southwestern charm.
