We've tried most cafes in Santa Fe and New Baking Co is our favorite. Great food, very friendly staff, and quick service. Flexible atmosphere we you can either go to work quietly or meet friends and chat. Support local!
I love this place! The croissants are huge! The menu does not disappoint with a nice variety of items from pancakes to the delicious omelette I had. The service is on point and the atmosphere is relaxing, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
Stick to the baked goods. I had a typical NM dish. It was ok, but no love there, and the house potatoes were bland and cold. Other places in the same price range are much better. And there was a weird smell. Ugh.
