Just stopped in for happy hour. Solid atmosphere and good drinks. Will have to return.

Neat Place, with a lovely and cozy bar. The food looked good we did not eat as my companion and I had dinner elsewhere but what a nice place. Chapeau to the bartender for making the place so inviting.

Food was outstanding, service was good and very friendly and helpful. Energy in the restaurant was fairly subdued and kept the ambience rating from being higher. Overall would very much recommend Maize to a friend.

We had a reservation but I saw the hostess give our table to a party in front of us because of a issue with their reservation. We were then given a table by the kitchen where there was a lot of traffic and noise. Waiter was rushed and made us feel rushed. My food was just barely warm. They started using a entrance/exit door in main dining area which allowed cold air to enter every time it was opened. For the price this resterant was average. Management needs to do a better job.

One of the best meals at one of the best-designed and best-looking restaurants that we have ever been to. The service was superb, the ambiance was excellent, and the food was exquisite. This week, we dined at Bouche, which was excellent. Maize is even better, partly because of the beautiful design of the restaurant, the spaciousness, and the décor.

Food was innovative and showcased southwestern flavors, giving new takes on some traditional thing such as pobleno relleno. Service was superb. The wine list is extensive and well marched for the entrees. Only the noise level posed a challenge to having conversation without yelling

If you love great food, then you have to visit this place...it's amazing. We shared a number of the appetizers so that we could enjoy all of the different flavors...by far, one of the best dinners we have ever had!!!

Service, as well as food, always excellent. Has quickly become one of my Santa Fe favorites--Where else can you dine, the server over hears that someone is having a birthday, and a cake appears!! Just the best-

I love that this group has done such an amazing job of turning Georgia into an even more fabulous restaurant. Everyone at our four top enjoyed the wine, the meal, and especially the service. We'll be back for more (by the way, I live in Santa Fe and can eat anywhere in the City Different).

We found this out of the blue, but by far the BEST food experience. Have the duck tamale/duck. I was worried that it would be too rich, but by far my dish was top 5 of the best food I've ever had. I'm hispanic, and this duck tamale was better than (gasp!) my grandma's! Our simple date was most memorable! Thank you, Open Table for making our reservation very easy!!!

The vibe is relaxed and friendly. An excellent award wining pastry chef created one of the best cheese cakes I ever had a pleasure of eating! Every course was a delight! Warm and friendly staff take good care of you in this pleasingly designed restaurant.

I had a large wedge salad ($9) and a small cup of the spicy lamb stew ($4/5). The stew was very spicy, I only recommend if you like spicy food because it is flavorful but leaves heat in your mouth afterwards. I don't recommend the wedge salad because it was very saucy, too much blue cheese on it. The blue cheese also had an unusual taste. I get wedges at a lot of different places and I wouldn't get this again from here. We went on a Saturday night and the band Vanilla Pop played! They were very good, there was a dance floor, and they play a variety of music. The downside is no matter if you were eating here from 8-10pm, at 10pm Vanilla Pop starts to play, and you must pay the $10 cover fee. The waitress absolutely would not make it complimentary because we had a group of 9 and spent $400+ already on food and drinks. I thought that was absurd and was unusual. No matter the city or place, the restaurants have always comped the cover fee if we had been dining there first. Other people in my party thought the food was underwhelming.

The food here was quite good-definitely influenced by the local culture. Heavy on seafood and limited wine menu. Loved the artwork and the ambience in the inside portion of the restaurant. I just thought it was a little pricey for what it was, but I would still go there again. Very nice find for a traveler just passing through!

Ate at several notable Santa Fe establishments over 3 days and this was my favorite. Nice balance of traditional New Mexican and eclectic. I am from the Bay Area and picky about good food. This was excellent and well worth the price.
