I’m not sure if it’s based off of who you know or what you know but it seems like if you’re fluent in Spanish and I say this with the upmost respect, your order comes out perfectly fine also depending on the location depending on the service you get I went to Española and the guy literally stabbed himself in the hand and proceeded to cut fruit. He dropped on the floor and put it in the bin in Santa Fe. I come across this girl that was great !! my next visit SF and there’s a young man there who charged me double had no manager on site and couldn’t give me a refund or anything in exchange for charging me double just makes you not want to go back. N I won’t but do better guys come on.

A most creative Ice Cream concept (apparently a franchise and located in other New Mexico and Arizona. So many choices of 'paletas' - ice cream and or popsicle bars on a stick..choose your flavor. Dip them, top them, add fruit....worth the cost...share one. Save room for dessert while dining in Santa Fe and get to The Paleta Bar....conveniently south of town on Cerrillos Road. You'll be glad you did....wish they'd open one in Tucson! And it's a great concept for a party dessert....Create your own Paleta Bar!

Even though this place has decent paletas and aguas frescas, they are over priced, not very clean and it has the worst customer service! Not a single time has an employee greeted us here. Today as we were standing in line waiting, there were two girls, no one was greeted. After a while of waiting, they skip over us, take the person behind us order, proceed to charge him, close register to do end of shift and completely ignore us! This was very upsetting, you guys need to do A LOT better!
