Service was horrible!! I took my family to get some paletas, the lady had a really bad attitude! She was on her cellphone the whole time and when I wanted to order she didn’t give me what I had ordered so she threw the paleta, I asked her if she was ok and she was so mad! I ask if I could talk to the manager and she responded she was the manager. All I wanted was to have a good time with my family. The lady definitely gave us a bad experience!

First time coming to this location. Here and the staff made it to where it was WORTH the money. I got a mango covered with chamoy and tajin mixed with diced watermelon. It was amazing and the savory and sweetness matched so well and the staff serving me was so nice.The place was very nice and clean and I hope to come again with the same expectations and how my last visit went.

Visiting Santa Fe and came into this paleta bar at 8pm, and was told that they stop making shakes at 7pm and that we could only get a paleta itself. Poor customer service.. have been to multiple paleta locations and have never been told this. Definitely will not be back.

This place is great!!The first thing we got, I thought it would be way better than it was. Strawberry and cream cheese paleta, half dipped in dark chocolate with Oreo crumbs, strawberries and dark chocolate on top of that. I thought this would be way better than it wasThen my personal favorite, Snickers Paleta, dipped in dark chocolate, one side covered with peanuts, other side covered with Oreo crumbs. And topped with milk chocolate drizzleThis one was absolutely amazing!! Soooo good!
