We went to the dragon room.
Some of the best tacos in town. It's a cute bar vibe/restaurant.

Category: Find Food. This stalwart is a great place for an excellent meal in a classically Santa Fe setting. The upholstered chairs, imperfect plaster walls, kiva and regular fireplaces, herringbone brick and wood plank floors, viga and beam ceiling, heavy draperies, large candles, hammered tin sconces, sacred nichos, Southwest colors, plaster-embedded wood headers, and original local art combine to provide a visual feast for the eyes, as the menu provides a similar feast for the palate. The menu offers a selection of house classics (Steak Dunigan, the French Onion Soup served since 1944, and Clams Lucifer) and elevated Northern New Mexico comfort food (chicken or pork stew, Red Mole Pork Chop, Duck Confit Enmolda, four of my faves). All excellent, as is the service. Suggestion: add a few more bottles of red under $60 (preferably under $50), which is our sweet spot for restaurant wines. If you want an authentic local experience, you can’t go wrong with the Pink Adobe. In Summer, enjoy dining in the courtyard. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice

We had a wonderful dinner at the Pink Adobe on Sunday evening. The chicken and Shrimp and Grits were both fantastic. Great service and ambiance as well. 5 Star
The food was good, but not a great as it has been in the past. The atmosphere not so much this time. We were sat in a small room, with 3-4 other tables, one of which was in a very heated argument, that went on for over an hour. There was no escaping it, and it really took away from the entire experience.
Our experience was wonderful, from the pleasant and engaging woman who seated us to our excellent waiter, Moises, to the delicious and well-presented entres. My wife and I ordered the two steak dishes. Also, if you have room for dessert, I'd recommend the churros. They were a wonderful cap to a great dinner.
This was a perfect dinning experience in every way. The dining rooms are small, cosy, intimate and very quiet with low classical guitar music and small fires in fireplaces enveloping all. Our main waiter, Manny, and his assistant were totally focused, professional yet relaxed, and knowledgeable about the subtleties of each dish. The food was outstanding.....mine was amazing! My dinner partner, who was gifted a glass of bubbly because it was his birthday, had the chicken enchilada and I had the pork chop with red mole. Each bite was exquisite....I truly felt that way while eating....Thank you to the chef and the kitchen!
The food is incredible at Pink Adobe. Everything we ordered was amazing. This is our new favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. Pink Adobe has replaced Cafe Pasqual’s as our go to for a nice dinner.

We loved everything about our dinner and service. They sat us next to a fireplace which I had requested with the reservation and we went early which was a perfect time.
Overall... a very good experience. There were a couple of errors with our order... the vegetable side with my order consisted of two small carrot pieces and a single stock of asparagus. The drink order was not made correctly and we ordered cappuccino after dinner and we were told the machine was broken. Still, the atmosphere is wonderful and our server was very nice.

Pink Adobe is next to Inn of the Five Graces, one of the most expensive hotels in SF, so I assumed the meal would be exorbitant; surprisingly, the prices were quite reasonable. The food was fantastic: best chile relleno I've ever had (add the carne asada!). Between the two of us we shared shrimp chevice, shishito peppers, a mushroom with blue corn appetizer, and pork stew... plus the chile relleno. A lot of food, all delicious. We loved the atmosphere: cute little rooms each with about 6-8 tables, cozy feel, interesting art on the walls. Excellent service all around. Don't miss it while you're in Santa Fe!
As a group of 8, we ate here on a Sunday night. We were sat right away but it took 30 min for a waiter to even acknowledge us. The drinks are decent and so were the appetizers. About 2 hours after sitting down our less than decent entrees arrived. I got the Platos mexicanos and the carne asada, was cold and bloody. The rest of it was very mediocre, will not be returning in the future. BEWARE

We dined as a group and ordered drinks and entrees. Drinks came out one at a time and one was completely missed. We had to have our waiter reorder it, and it finally arrived. We did not have appetizers. Wine selection by the glass is very nice! We each ordered different entrees and they ranged from underdone salmon to enchiladas that were « good but different ». When we got the tab, everything was on one ticket. We asked for it to be split and the waiter rolled his eyes and communicated it was too much effort. We all arrived separately, so it would have been a nice touch if the waiter had asked if we wanted separate checks, but that didn’t happen. We ended up with one person paying so we could get to the theatre for our show. Additionally, the salmon was incredibly rare. I sent it back and immediately received another plate of salmon that was still underdone, but it was a much smaller filet and I was able to eat 80% of it. If you dine here, be clear about the check arrangement and about how you want your fish cooked. The ambiance is lovely, but there are far better places to eat in Santa Fe.
