We were greeted right away by the gentleman at the front. He let us know where to sit. Our server came by quickly and got our drink orders. We found dishes that we wanted to try right away. I got a stuffed soapapilla with ground beef and beans. Of course I got Christmas. We split a plate of fries and my son chose chicken tostadas. We were delighted in the speed of the kitchen and the perfection of the food. Our server was attentive and caring. I will be back as often as I can. Thank you Tia Sophia's and staff for such an amazing experience.

Tia Sophia’s doesn’t just serve breakfast—they hand you the state of New Mexico on a plate. The smothered Christmas burrito comes drowned in red and green chile like it just survived a baptism of fire and sun. Eggs, potatoes, bacon—basic building blocks—but once that chile hits, it’s not breakfast anymore, it’s religion.

The red is deep and earthy, the green sharp and alive, and together they’re a punch and a kiss in the same bite. You don’t pick one here—you take both, because life’s too short to choose sides. By the time you’re scraping the last bits from the plate, you’re warm, full, and convinced you just ate something that couldn’t exist anywhere else.

We come to Santa Fe, every summer for the opera and have done so for over for 20 years. There is no place in Santa with Fe better food. Gr🥘 at value too . It’s rare to leave any Santa Fe restaurant without feeling you overpaid. Not here great - value all the way.. Two people can easily have a big breakfast for two with coffee for $35 including tip. Service is too notch, too. What to recommend? Everything is delicious!

The food and service were very good. The ambience is lacking. They have some decorations commemorating 50 years in business and it appears that nothing has been updated since they opened.
