So I hadn't been here in years so I was excited. Go to thing for me to order in a restaurant,over the last almost 50 years, is enchiladas. I'm just listing facts here and I'm not that picky but it was the worst I've had in years. I ordered green chile chicken enchiladas with lettuce tomato and sour cream. I got about a tablespoon full of lettuce and one tiny cherry tomato split in half, the green chile was on the side(👎) and it was completely flavorless and lacking any form of spice and there was water running around the bottom of the container! It was actually worse than the enchiladas I had at Ranchos Elementary cafeteria in 4th grade. The worst part is that on the menu it's $12 and something cents and I walked out of there spending $21 for a spoonful of lettuce and a cherry tomato in the worst green chile I've had in many years while dealing with an irritable woman on the phone when I ordered. The enchilada is an important staple in a new Mexican restaurant and should be at least decent. I do not recommend Tortilla Flats and I will never be going there again.

I’m a native New Mexican, born in Santa Fe and have been eating carne adovada all my life and love it. Can’t say I loved it here, . . There were so many red chile seeds in it, which I’ve never seen before, made it hard to eat.

Went early for after work celebration and was seated right away. It wasn't too busy and service was prompt and efficient. Quiet enough to hold a conversation with everyone in my party. Nice atmosphere.
Shortly after we were seated a busser came before we saw our server and asked if we wanted chips and salsa. Since many restaurants offer chips and dip I said yes. The chips arrived and the server took our order. Thips we're good. Except I didn't know the busser didn't offer anything but this was an appetizer and would show up on the bill for a lot of money. NEVER GOING BACK.
