Tres Campanas New Mexican

Absolutely loved the food that I had here and the staff was extremely nice, the place was clean. The tables worked as a table and the food was delicious and the prices were very good. What more can you ask for a restaurant?

Very good New Mexican food. Different from the classic Mexican fare. It's a little more spicy. This is where the locals eat, the parking lot was full.

Adelitas Mexican Restaurant is what it's called now a days.The staff ,food and atmosphere is great.Rapid table service and they got the best tacos Al Pastor and flan ? around.A hidden gem nice place to gather with family/ friends.

Was it great? No. Was it bad? Ehh ??‍♀️As the kids says, was pretty mid. Things that were good; the chicken and the rice. Things I that were bad; tamales, tacos, enchiladas. The red sauce is easily canned and the oil is old. Every fried thing was dark and just a little burned. If your a local not the worst. If your traveling, there are MUCH better options.

If you are in Santa Fe you absolutely have to visit Tres Colores! We were up there with family and friends for my dad's internment in the national cemetery. There were 13 of us that showed up for lunch without calling ahead. The space is small but they didn't even bat an eye. They quickly slid tables and chairs together and seated us. Service was excellent and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The presentation was beautiful and flavor was phenomenal. I don't think I will ever be satisfied with nachos from anywhere else. It was so well balanced. I am grateful for the hospitality they provided and will always remember this experience.

I went with a large group but didn't eat. Half the group loved the food, the other half rated it fair to good. Will try the place again.
