Adelitas Mexican Restaurant is what it's called now a days.The staff ,food and atmosphere is great.Rapid table service and they got the best tacos Al Pastor and flan ? around.A hidden gem nice place to gather with family/ friends.
If you are in Santa Fe you absolutely have to visit Tres Colores! We were up there with family and friends for my dad's internment in the national cemetery. There were 13 of us that showed up for lunch without calling ahead. The space is small but they didn't even bat an eye. They quickly slid tables and chairs together and seated us. Service was excellent and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The presentation was beautiful and flavor was phenomenal....
