If you are in Santa Fe you absolutely have to visit Tres Colores! We were up there with family and friends for my dad's internment in the national cemetery. There were 13 of us that showed up for lunch without calling ahead. The space is small but they didn't even bat an eye. They quickly slid tables and chairs together and seated us. We enjoyed an excellent lunch at this no frills restaurant. Service and staff were absolutely fabulous. The tamales were fantastic! I highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

The green chili chicken posole is highly recommended, and a bit of hot sauce can make it even better. Tres Colores offers a delicious and no-nonsense dining experience.
