The hashbrowns were cooked in old grease and were uneatable. Eggs Benedict was acceptable but all came out of a box can or freezer. Service OK.

Food was great. Service wasn't the best and the restaurant itself could use some updating but overall I would go back.

On Sunday, July 20, 2025 I stopped by for breakfast as it has been recommended.

Greeter/Host was extremely friendly.

A busy place but wait time was about 10 minutes, not bad for a Sunday Morning.

My server was wonderful, took my order promptly, got my coffee perfect.

I ordered the build your own omelet and requested extra Spinach and mushrooms with bacon and onions with green chile.

When I received my order, presentation looked very appetizing but food was cold, I excused that as they were extremely busy.

I inspected my omelet to find I was only given 1 slice of mushroom and 2 leaves of Spinach.

Needless to say I was very disappointed.

My server came back several times to replenish my coffee, perfect vanilla flavored coffee by the way.

The hashbrowns were perfect and quite crispy the way I love them.

Would I recommend this place? from 1 to a 10, 10 being the best, maybe a 4 or 5 on the order of food.

I take pride in the food presentations and flavors, the flavor was great especially the green chile.

I recommend that the kitchen crew be trained on the front of house as well so they are aware of what a customer asks for and make sure to deliver.

The one great difference at this Wecks is it is extremely better than the one in Albuquerque.

Went here with the family today and I usually come here and for the most part the service is good and the food almost always is too. But today me and the family went and the waitress got us our drinks and took our order she was friendly but only checked on us once since we got our food and I asked for a refill on the drink when we got our food. I actually didn’t receive the refill til all of us were almost done with our food. I’ll still come back but the service needs to improve more

Delicious!! Friendly service and a great breakfast menu. The waffle was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The French toast was perfect. The cheese and sausage omelette with hash browns and green and red salsas was super. The manager even came around and was very engaging.

As a pastry chef, I was genuinely excited to try Weck’s “stuffed French toast” — but unfortunately, it was a complete joke. They served me four plain slices of French toast stacked together. The “cream cheese icing” was barely there — a tiny melted puddle on the plate and a thin smear clinging to one corner of the top slice. There was absolutely nothing stuffed about it.

When I politely questioned the manager, she tried to gaslight me, saying “it’s icing, not cream cheese.” The irony is, the menu clearly says “stuffed with cream cheese icing.” Even our own server admitted “everyone complains about the stuffed French toast.” That tells me this isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s how they choose to serve it.

On top of the food being disappointing, the customer service was equally bad. Not once were we checked on after the food came, I never got a coffee refill, and it honestly felt like we were invisible once the plates hit the table.

If Weck’s doesn’t know how to make a proper stuffed French toast, I’d be more than happy to share the recipe I was taught in pastry school — and even show them how to properly execute one. This was truly disappointing on every level. I won’t be back.

Good variety. But small amounts of chili on New Mexico Benedict. I will not order that again.
