Don’t go here unless you have at least 30 minutes to spare waiting on your order, even though there’s hardly ever a line.
You can place an order, but what you’ll get is a mystery. Don’t get the taco salad though, just bad. Chilli is all beans, too.

Made a mobile order as I was getting out of work @ 10:45. App accepted it and I headed over to pick up my meal after a long day. Pulled up at 10:55 and got told we’re closed, turned the lights off on the sign on me, and told me to cancel my order in the app. Don’t think Dave Thomas would be happy and for me the last time I try to spend my money with Wendy’s. Guess in a Mc’ds guy again.

Went through the drive-through and was rushed to order. At the window i was aksed to pull forward to the curb. Had to wait 20 minutes on the curb. No one behind us. Food was cold when we got it and they forgot part of our order and no kids toy in the kids meal. Went inside to get it, and no apology, just workers rolling their eyes. When eating fries, they were overcooked harder than a rock. Nuggets were also over fried. I also didn't get a recipe so who knows if i was charged correctly.

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich NOT SPICY and with no sauce and received a spicy chicken and lots of sauce, there were like 7 people I could see working but they couldn’t compete one order correctly, it surprises me how this establishment has not been shut down. Someone from Wendy’s corporate needs to do some quality control ASAP.

Buyer beware! I think the employees working at night are pulling scams. I have ordered several meals and only received half of what I ordered and when I bring it up to them they will re-ring it as a coupon booklet.? Well this happens again last night got home and only had two meals when I paid for three! Called and called and nobody answers the phone. I guess I will have to show up and speak with the manager. Just disgusting service from this place. I’m done.
