Not only was the guy working drive thru rude to my daughter he got the order wrong and then I bite into my burger and it's pink worst Wendy's in Santa Fe and corporate will be heading from me don't lie your job quit

Not the best Wendy's I've been to, but it gets the job done when I want something quick and don't want to go across town (I live like 2-3 minutes away). The food is alright most of the time when I go there, but there are occasions when the food is just...ok. I'd guess the food probably sits there for a while. I do find that for some reason this place is almost always out of something I want to order.
I don't ever go inside; I only go through the drive-thru, so I can't really say much about the interior or what the experience is like there. I will say that judging from outside, it's not the most welcoming-looking place to eat.

They burn the the food. Service was terrible spent 80.00 dollars and still got it wrong.. smh. Never again. It use to be the best burger in Santa fe nm now it sucks. U have young kids running a franchise that NOW it sucks.. smh..
If I could give negative stars I would I don't even write reviews so I'm taking the time to make this one the service is absolute c team it's awful there is always an issue if it they have no diet sodas and don't tell anyone.... which yes that's a big thing ... to this last time they could only take cash.... the lobby looks dilapidated and never clean I felt like I might catch something sitting there not to mention the front counter staff was lifeless and unwelcoming and the order time ..... oh the order time..... don't go there if u have a limited luck break because when you get you food it will be damn near over... 25 minutes to get a simple #1 combo avoid this place at all costs go to the churches next door

It's fast food. Don't expect gourmet, but the staff is nice and do a fantastic job and the food for what it is is quality and done well.
